Abstract

مستخلص البحث الحمد لله مستحق الحمدوالصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمداً رافع لواء المجد وعلى آله وصحبه الطيبن الأخيار إولي العهد . تعد أطروحة الدكتوراه الموسوعة(موقف علماء بغداد وقادتها من القضية الفلسطينيه من 1930م – 1980م) محطة وموسوعة تناولنا فيها تأريخ العراق السياسي منذ نشأت الدولة العراقية سنة 1921م وما رافقتها من تقلبات سياسية كثيرة فكانت قضية فلسطين حاضرة في كل أغلب مراحل الصراع السياسي والديني في العراق فقد شغلت هذه القضية كل فئات الشعب العراقي بكل إطيافه ومسمياته وقد عرضنا في الأطروحة على بيان دور العلماء في بغداد وموقفهم مع أختيار قادة وزعماء أولوا القضية أهمية كبيرة فظهر للعالم مدى أهتمام أهل العراق بقضية فلسطين وقد استعرضنا سعد الاتكال على الله نخب من أبرز العلماء العاملين في مجال الدعوة وأخترنا قادة لهم تأثير في مسيرة القضية فكانت الاطروحة متنوعة الجوانب والأهداف فنجد العالم المجاهد والعالم المجتهد واعالم المقاتل كلُّ يدلي بدلوه بالارشاد والتوجيه والعمل الدؤوب لنصرة أرض الاسراء والمعراج فلسطين الحبيبة لقد احتفظت القضية الفلسطينية بمكانتها الكبيرة والمميزة في بؤرة الحياة السياسية العراقية لتصبح على مرّ العصور والاجيال حديث الناس ، قد اعتمدنا من بعد الله على مصادر عدة ومتنوعة نذكر منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر كتاب الكامل في التاريخ لابن الاثير (ت/630هـ). وكتب بن الجوزي (ت 597هـ) مناقب معروف الطرق والمنتظم في تاريخ الامم والملوك، وكذلك استعنا بمراجع حديثة في الكتب نذكر منها : ملاحم وإزهار لمحمد بجهة الاثري ، وتاريخ مساجد بغداد لمحمود شكر والآلوسي ، وتاريخ الاسر العلمي في بغداد لمحمد سعيد الراوي وكتاب كارثة فلسطين لعبد الله التل وغيرها من الوثائق والصحف والمجلات . وكان تقسيم فصول الاطروحة متنوع ففي فلها الاول تناولنا تاريخ العراق سياسياً وجغرافياً منذ فترة تأسيس الدولة العراقية أما في فصلها الثاني فقد ركزنا على المؤسسات العمية وتعني بها (المساجد والمدائن) ولبرز رجالها أما في الفصل الثالث فقد اشرنا الى القضية الفلسطينية من المنظور العسكري وأما في فصلها الرابع فقد تناول القضية من المنظور الاجتماعي أما في فصلها الأخير فقد كان حول القضية من المنظور الثقافي والاعلامي والديني فكان فصلاً زاخراً بالتنوع بين جمعيات ومجلات وصحف ورجال .

Abstract

Thanks and grateful to Allah, that I had finished my study about Baghdad’s’ religious scholars and where they stand from Palestinian problem from the time period: 1930-1980, the study – in its five chapters - spells the historical, geographical and political importance of Iraq up to the down fall of Baghdad in 2003. It discussed Baghdad’s mosques, schools and its most famous religious scholars, their profiles and how did those scholars dealt with Palestinian problem, as they were very innovative in its presentation, and how much did it affected the Iraq people. Colonization did realize the role of religious scholars on Iraqi people and the extent of effect they may introduce on them, as the power of those scholars sometimes supersedes the governments’ one, also the religious scholars had worked through a well-organized institutional approach that activated and bushed them positively to defend the Palestinian problem. The research presented a novel group of Baghdad’s scholars, for example poets, out-speakers, politicians and philosophers, that they were seen as champions each in his field, aiming at gathering the nation memorizing them with the Arab origin of Palestine and its people. They aimed at unifying people and spreading the culture of unity instead of the tugging and differences. The mosques and schools of Baghdad- that were illustrated in the second chapter- worked on the unity of speech, reminding with the plans of Jewish that aims at dividing Arab unity, stealing their resources and to take the control over them. Those different scholars adopted the fatwas of jihad and the defense against the beloved Palestinian lands, and their fatwas were the real motivation for enrolling voluntarily for jihad and fighting against the invaders, also, the scholars organized conferences and forums that supports the Palestinian rights in having freedom and their speech spread all over the world via media, memorandums to united nations and security council, and through the forums that invites the international society to bring justice for the Palestinian people. Also we discussed the role of Iraqi army on Palestine land, as it illustrated the most amazing tournaments that were reported in history and mentioned by historians in a voice of proud and as well as the poets.
