Research summary Praise be to God, peace and prayer on honourable prophet ‘ Mohammed~ peace and prayer be upon him- This thesis studies the status of the orphan. It highlights the importance of orphanhood in Sunna, - teaching on the course ofgood values ,principles and developmet oi orphan,s abilities through guiding them to be successful citizenz to lead their nation . I ! Islam takes care of the orphans. it surrounds them with love and keeps their rights whatever they are. One of these articles : , The mother of orphanhood,Careness of Islam of orphanhood and the meaning of guarantee on orphanhood and this account to Quran and Sunna. The good result of guarantee, of orphans mother and the good result of the mother to take care of her orphan even though she has marital conditioning their guarantee and pay for them and take care of their! interests and all the general rights in Sunna .
