Abstract

Abstract The important of subject: the responsibility of compensation for its servants due to compensated by wrongs which has committed by them. The researcher followed the methodology, inductive and analytical. The subject has been divided in long chapters. The researcher has arrived to some results the important of it: the Yemen and Sudan follow in settlement of the disputes the ordinary courts. And reached to some recommendations the important of it, that Yemen and Sudan must follow the continental system of administration Courts.
