هدف هذا البحث لدراسة الإحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالسلوك التوافقي لدي معلمات رياض الاطفال بمحلية كررى . ولتحقيق هذه الفروض إتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ، وبلغ حجم العينة ( 101 ) معلمة من معلمات رياض الاطفال ، تم أختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياسين الإحتراق النفسي والسلوك التوافقي . واستخدمت الباحثة ألاساليب الاحصائية التالية : إختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد ، إختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين إختبار معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، توصل البحث الي النتائج الاتية : يتسم الإحتراق النفسي لدي معلمات رياض ألاطفال بالانخفاض ، يتسم السلوك التوافقي لدي معلمات رياض الاطفال بالارتفاع توجد علاقة أرتباطية عكسية دالة احصائية بين الإحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالسلوك التوافقى لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الإحتراق النفسي بين معلمات رياض الأطفال تبعاً لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الإحتراق النفسي بين معلمات رياض الإطفال تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة . وعلى ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة العديد من التوصيات من أهمها ترقية الأداء للمعلمة بتوفير البيئة الصالحة للعمل معنوياً ومادياً، علي إدارة التعليم قبل المدرسي الأهتمام بالحاجات الاساسية لمعلمات رياض الاطفال للتقيل من الإحتراق النفسي لديهن.

Abstract This research aimed at study psychological burn and it is relationship to adaptive behavior among female teachers of pre-school children in karari locality. The researcher used descriptive method. The sample number reached (101) female teachers of pre-school, they are selected by simple random method. The instruments of study are test of psychological burn and test of adaptive behavior. The researcher used suitable statistical tests including T-test for one sample, T-test for two independent samples, and Pearson correlation index. The study revealed that; the psychological burn among female teachers of pre-school children is low, the adaptive behavior of female teachers of pre-school is high, there is significant negative correlation between psychological burn and adaptive behavior, there are no significant statistical differences in psychological burn between female teachers according to marital status, and there are no significant statistical differences in psychological burn between female teachers according to years of experience. In conclusion the researcher presented some recommendations, important of it are; promoting performance of female teacher by proved suitable environmental for working, also education management must concern about needs of teachers to reducing the psychological burn of teachers.
