تطوير نظام البلاغات باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (بالتطبيق على الشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء- امدرمان)

Abstract

المستخلص إن استخدام نظام المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) يساعد في حل العديد من المشاكل التي تواجه الحكومات وخاصة في مجال توزيع الكهرباء وكشف الأعطال ، حيث يهدف البحث إلى بناء نموذج بإستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية يساعد في ربط جميع شبكات الكهرباء في امدرمان بما يساعد في تحديد موقع العطل بسرعة ، حيث تم إستخدام المنهج التحليلي التطبيقي في عملية تصميم هذا النموذج بإستخدام برنامج ((Arc GIS وربطه بقاعدة بيانات واستخدامها فى كافة المجالات ومساعدتها فى حل كثير من المشكلات التى تواجه الافراد والمؤسسات وحل مشكلة تحليل البلاغات فى الشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء ، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هي أن النموذج المقترح ساعد في ربط شبكة الكهرباء في امدرمان وبالتالي ساعد في تحديد الموقع الفيزيائي للعميل بسهولة ، ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي السعي إلى تطوير النموذج وتطبيقه على جميع الولايات والمحليات في السودان ، وكذلك ربطه بخوارزمية ذكاء اصطناعي تساهم في تحليل الأعطال .

Abstract The use of a geographic information system (GIS) helps in solving many problems facing governments, especially in the field of electricity distribution and fault detection. Where the applied analytical approach was used in the process of designing this model using the Arc GIS program and linking it to a database and using it in all fields and helping it solve many problems facing individuals and institutions and solving the problem of analyzing communications in the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company, and one of the most important results that we reached To it is that the proposed model helped connect the electricity network in Omdurman and thus helped determine the physical location of the customer easily, and one of the most important recommendations that came out of the research is to seek to develop the model and apply it to all states and localities in Sudan, as well as linking it to an artificial intelligence algorithm that contributes to analyzing faults .
