تطوير تطبيق ويب لإدارة عمليةالإشراف علي البحوث العلمية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة تعد البحوث العلمية سبيل التطور والتقدم لأي مجتمع ، وفي أي مجال ،فالصناعة لم تتطور ولم تصل إلى المستوي الحالي إلاعن طريق البحث العلمي وتعد عملية الإشراف علي البحوث من أهم أهداف تحقيق التعليم الجامعي واهداف المجتمع،من خلال اعداد باحثين مؤهلين قادرين علي الاسهام في حل المشكلات هنالك عدم توفر موقع الكتروني لكلية الدراسات العليا، لخدمة الطلاب بحيث يتم التقديم للبرامج بصوره تقليدية وعدم توفير معلومات كافية عن البرامج و ايضا صعوبة عملية الإشراف بين المشرف والطلاب تهدف هذه الدراسة الى بناء تطبيق ويب يمكن الطلاب من التقديم لمختلف برامج الدراسات العليا ويوفر معلومات عن البرامج وايضا تسهيل تقديم الخطة والإشراف الإلكتروني بين المشرف والطلاب من خلال الموقع وذلك بإستخدام لغه PHP ولغه النمذجه الموحدة UML كأداه لتحليل وتصميم يعمل النظام علي توفير التقديم الإلكتروني لكل البرامج بحيث يقوم الطالب باختيار البرنامج وملء استمارة التقديم وتوفير حساب للطلاب لمتابعة التقديم (حالة الطلب) ويعمل علي توفير حساب لكل منسقي الدراسات العليا بالكليات لتحديث البيانات وتوفير حساب لرؤساء الإقسام في الكليات وحساب للمشرفين وحساب للطلاب للإشراف والمتابعة مع المشرفين ويساهم في تسهيل التقديم والإشراف علي الطلاب وبذلك يقلل الوقت والجهد بازالة الحواجز الجغرافيه بين المشرف والطالب، لذلك نوصي بتطوير النظام وتحسينه للوصول لمستوي اعلي من الكفاءة والفعالية وتطويره الي تطبيق اندرويد. Abstract Scientific research is considered the road for development in any society and any in all fields. Manufacturing developed and reached this current stage due to scientific research. Supervision of research is considered one of the most important goals of tertiary education and societies. This is realized through training of qualified researchers who can participate in solving problems. There is no electronic website for the Graduate College to provide services for the student. Registration is carried in a traditional way. Also there is a lack of information about the different programmes. There are other difficulties in supervision and communication between students and supervisors. This study aims to build a web application to support students to apply for the different postgraduate progrmmes and to provide information about them. It also aims to facilitate the application of proposals and electronic supervision between the supervisor and his students through the website using PHP language model standard UML as a tool for analysis and design. The system will provide electronic registration services for all programmes. Students can chose programmes, apply for it follow up the registration process. The system also provides accounts for co-coordinators, head of departments and supervisors and for students to follow up with their supervisors.
