أنماط إستخدام اﻷرض في محلية جنوب الجزيرة

Abstract

المستخلص باللغة العربية:

هدفت هذه الدراسة الي التعرف علي التغيرات التي طرأت علي انماط استخدام الارض واثارهاعلي الاوضاع البيئية سلبا وايجابا بمحلية جنوب الجزيرة للفترة من( 1960-2004م).

وتكمن اهمية هذه الدراسة في انها دراسة تطبيقية في الجغرافية البيئية للتعرف علي قدرات الارض ومعرفة مدي التناسب بين طريقة استخدام الارض الحالية وامكابيات الارض الطبيعية.

ووضعت عدة فرضيات للتحقق من ذلك ولاثبات صحتها استخدمت الباحثة مصادر مختلفة لجمع البيانات , منها مصادر اولية اهمها الاستبانة عن طريق المسح الميداني, ومصادر ثانوية من المراجع والكتب والانترنت.

واتبعت الدراسة بعض المناهج الجغرافية مثل المنهج الوصفي للتعرف علي الظواهر الطبيعية ,المنهج التحليلي لتحليل الظواهر, المنهج الاخصائي للتعامل مع البيانات, ثم المنهج التاريخي وذلك للوصول الي النتائج التي ثوضح تداخل العوامل الجغرافية الطبيعية والبشرية التي ساعدت علي تغير انماط استخدامات الارض في منطقة الدراسة مستعينة في ذلك بعدة وسائل اهمها المقابلات الشخصية, والملاحظة.

وحسب متطلبات البحث اشتملت فصوله علي اطار نظري يتطرق للمفاهيم والاسس والنظريات ذات الصلة بتغير انماط استخدام الارض, بالاضافة لتوضيح الضوابط الطبيعية والبشرية المؤثرةفي ذلك التغير.

ومن ثم تم عرض الانماط السائدة في المنطقة في السابق والحاضرباستخدام خرائط للاعوام (1960-1980-2000م) لملاحظة التغيرات والتداخلات الديناميكية التي تمت فيها.

والتي بدورها عكست الابعاد البيئية علي البيئة الطبيعية والاقتصادية بمنطقة الدراسة.

وخلصت الدراسة الي نتائج مختلفة اهمها:-

تدهور البيئة الطبيعية نتيجة لتغيير انماط استخدام الارض في منطقة الدراسة.

كما اوضحت الباحثة العلاقة بين بعض المتغيرات وتغير انماط استخدام الارض.

وخرج البحث بنموذج مقترح لتأهيل البيئة,ووضعت توصيات مستقبلية لتحقيق التنمية المتكاملة.

The thesis attempts to explore the changes in land use patterns between 1960 and 2004, and the impact of such changes on the environmental condition in Gazira South Locally.

The all importance of study it’s an application study for environmental Geography and to know the earth abilities and the way of using it and the Land naturally.

There are same providers to get the prosperity and the researcher uses many ways to collect his data:

First: The Questionnaire

Second: the References books and Net.

The researcher also follows the descriptive method in identifying the phenomena, the analytic method in analyzing phenomena, the statistical method in processing data along with the historical method, to reach the points results that, show the interrelation between the factors of the physical and human geography that help for changes land use in the study area

The area is rich with the natural resource for different land use patterns are practiced.

For test the hypothesis in question, the researcher adopted the descriptive, analytical and statistical geographical approach through the means of questionnaire, interview and observation.

The study incorporates a theoretical framework including the concepts, principles for uses maps for years (1960-1980-2000).theories and explanation of the natural and use patterns. Moreover the study shows the changes of previous and present land use patterns, which in turn give rise to the environmental and economic impact on the natural, social, and constructed environment.

The study ended with different result of which deterioration of the natural environment, due to the change in pattern of land use in the study area, relationship between different variation and the change in pattern of land use.

The study; therefore, proposes assets of prospective and future recommendations for extended development.
