دور وحدة حماية الاسرة والطفل في التخفيف من اثار العنف الجسدي ضد الأطفال (دراسة حالة – محلية الرهد ابو دكنة شمال كردفان )

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناولت الدراسة دور وحدة حماية الاسرة والطفل في التخفيف من أثار العنف الجسدي ضد الاطفال، وذلك بدراسة ميدانية بولاية شمال كردفان محلية الرهد أبو دكنة ، تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في تزايد حالات العنف الجسدي والأعتداءات على الأطفال في الأونة الأخيرة داخل الأسرة وخارجها في المدرسة او الشارع او مكان عمل الأطفال، يترتب على هذا العنف الجسدى أثار مختلفة مثل الصمم أو بتر اليد أو الساق أو فقدان العينين. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور وحدة حماية الأسرة والطفل في تخفيف العنف الجسدي ضد الأطفال والكشف عن الإعتدات الجسدية التى يتعرض لها الأطفال من قبل الأخرين. أنطلقت الدراسة من تساؤل، ما دور وحدة حماية الطفل كقوة نظامية شرطية في المساهمة في تخفيف من اثار العنف الجسدي ضد الأطفال، هل هنالك علاقة بين تعرض الطفل لعنف جسدي وبين ممارسته هو للعنف . تعتبر هذه الدراسة وصفية تحليليه لتحقيق أهداف البحث كما استخدمت الاستبانة والمقابلة والملاحظة كأدوات لجمع البيانات . وقد تم إختيار عينة الدراسة بصورة قصدية (عمدية) من أولياء امر الأطفال المعتدى عليهم جسديا وتم الإبلاغ عنهم في وحدة حماية الأسرة والطفل بالرهد ابودكنه. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن وحدة حماية الأسرة والطفل بمحلية الرهد ابو دكنة لها القدرة على توفير الحماية الكافية عن طريق شبكات الحماية من العنف الجسدي الذي يقع على الاطفال. خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها: تفعيل دور وحدة حماية الأسرة والطفل في نشر الوعي بين الأسر وبين الأمهات والأباء على وجه الخصوص فيما يتعلق بالتنشئة الإجتماعية السوية، تأهيل جميع الكوادر العاملة في وحدة حماية الأسرة والطفل للتعامل مع الطفل الضحية بالرهد ابودكنه.

Abstract The study deal with the effectiveness of the social worker in reducing physical violence against children, that’s by a field study in North Kordofan, Al Rahad Abu Danka locality, in the family and the childprotecting. The study problem’s represented in physical violence and attacks on children cases inside and outside the family, in the school , in the street or in children’s workplace, this violence follows by various effect such as deafness, hand or legamputation, or loss of eyes.The aims of the study are to identify the role of the Family and Child Protection Unit in reduction physical violence against the children and to discover the physical attacks that children are exposed to by others. The study started from a question, what is the effectiveness of the Child Protection Unit as a regular police force in contribute to reducing the physical violence of children, Is there a relationship between the child's exposure to physical violence and the Implications for it? This descriptive analytical study is to achieve the research objectives a questionnaire and an interview used. The study sample selected by intentionally way through the families of the physically abused children, and they reported in the Family and Child Protection Unit. The study concluded a numbers of results, which is: The Family and Child Protection Unit has a clear role in reducing physical violence against children through its policing mechanisms and its ability to access to the event and protect it through laws and legislations that protect the child, and the study concluded that there is a relationship between exposure to physical violence Against the child and its implications. Study recommendations is Activating the role of the Family and Child Protection Unit in spreading awareness among families and between mothers and fathers in with regard to proper Normal socialization,rehabilitation of all employees that’s working in the Family and Child Protection Unit.
