قياس تنافسية صادرات الصمغ العربي (دراسة حالة السودان في الفترة من 2000 - 2016م)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث تنافسية صادرات الصمغ العربي في الفترة من (2000-2016) وتمثلت مشكله البحث في الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية : ما هو تأثير الإنتاج علي القدرة التنافسية لمحصول الصمغ العربي وأيضا معرفة أثر الضرائب علي تنافسية صادرات الصمغ العربي. افترض البحث وجود علاقة بين الإنتاج والقدرة التنافسية لمحصول الصمغ العربي ووجود علاقة بين فرض الضرائب والقدرة التنافسية لمحصول الصمغ العربي كما هدف البحث إلي التعرف علي تنافسية صادرات الصمغ العربي واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي القياسي. ولقد توصل البحث لعدد من النتائج أهمها لقد اثبت البحث هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فرض الضرائب والقدرة التنافسية لمحصول الصمغ العربي وان كثرة الضرائب الباهظة وخاصة الضرائب العالمية تعتبر من اكبر معوقات صادرات الصمغ العربي الأمر الذي أدي إلى إضعاف تنافسية صادرات هذا المحصول . توجد علاقة ذات أثر مباشر بين الإنتاج والقدرة التنافسية لصادرات الصمغ العربي تذبذب الإنتاج وتدهوره كأن له أثرة الواضح علي إضعاف تنافسية صادرات الصمغ العربي . ومن بعد أوصى البحث بالأتي تسهيل إجراءات تصدير الصمغ العربي وخفض الضرائب المفروضة علي الصادر منه كما أوصت بإتباع الأساليب الحديثة في عمليات إنتاج الصمغ العربي عبر إدخال الآليات الحديثة في عملية الإنتاج للمساهمة في زيادة الكمية المنتجة ومنع تساقط الفاقد .

Abstract

The research dealt with the following questions: What is the effect of the deterioration of production on the competitiveness of the gum arabic crop and also the impact of taxes on the competitiveness of gum arabic exports. The study hypothesized that there is no effect of the deterioration of production on the competitive ability of gum arabic production and the absence of a relationship between taxation and government policies and the competitiveness of gum arabic. The research aims to identify the competitiveness of gum arabic exports. The stugy found that there is a statistically singifican relationship between taxation and the competitiveness of the gom Arabic production. There is a relation ship that has a direct impact on the production and competitiveness of gum exports. the fluctuation of production and deterioration has a clear impact on the competitiveness of gum arabic exports. Gum and the reduction of taxes imposed on the issued and recommended the adoption of modern methods in the production of gum Arabic through the introduction of modern mechanisms in the production process to contribute to increase the quantity produced and prevent the loss of waste.
