تطوير نظام لأرشفة الرسائل الجامعية ( بالتطبيق على مكتبة جامعة النيلين )

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت الدراسة واقع الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل الجامعية في مكتبة جامعة النيلين ،وطرق تطبيق الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية والكشف عن اهم دوافع تطبيقها ومدي توافر متطلبات الارشفة الالكترونية ، اما المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق أرشفة الرسائل الجامعية عدم وجود تصور مقترح لتطوير واقع الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل الجامعية بمكتبة الجامعة وعدد الرسائل الجامعية المتوافرة بالمكتبة وصلت ارقاما كبيره قد تفوق العديد من الرسائل تنوعت بين رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه باللغتين العربية والانجليزية ،كما تنوعت اشكالها ما بين رسائل ورقية ورسائل إلكترونية ، وكذلك أوضحت النتايج تاخر المكتبة في اتاحة الرسائل الجامعية علي شبكة الانترنت نتيجة لغياب التخطيط والدراسة الكافية لمشروع الارشفة في المكتبة ، كما اتضح ان هناك مجموعة من المعوقات التي تواجة المكتبة عند تطبيق الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل الجامعية ، منها المعوقات الامنية ،وعدم توفر الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة في مجال الارشفة الالكترونية ، بالاضافة الي حقوق الملكية الفكرية للباحثين وقد خرجت الدراسة الي تصور مقترح لتطور واقع الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل الجامعية بالمكتبة وقد قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات من اهمها : انشاء قسم مستقل للارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية يتولي الاشراف علي تشغيل الاشراف علي تشغيل وتطوير مشروع الارشف الالكترونية ووضع خطه محدده وواضحة للمشروع وضرورة اتجاه نحو المشاريع التعاونية في مجال الارشفة الالكترونية للرسائل العلمية خاصة في ظل تعدد مشاريع الارشفة الالكترونية وتوسيع نطاق مجموعات الرسائل الجامعية المتاحة للمستفيدين فتم اقتراح عمل موقع الكتروني عبر شبكة الانترنت للجامعة . القيام ببعض الخدمات التي يمكن تنفيذها بدون الذهاب للموقع الجغرافي . كما تسهل عملية البحث والتعديل في قاعدة البيانات واستخراج البيانات والتقارير المطلوبة في اقل وقت ممكن واقل جهد .

Abstract The study dealt with the reality of electronic archiving of university theses in the library of Neelain University, and methods of applying electronic archiving of scientific messages and revealing the most important motives for their application and the availability of electronic archiving requirements. University theses available in the library have reached large numbers that may exceed many of the letters. They varied between master’s and doctoral theses in both Arabic and English, and their forms varied between paper letters and e-mails. The results also showed the library’s delay in making university theses available on the Internet as a result of the absence of adequate planning and study for the archiving project In the library, it also became clear that there is a set of obstacles that the library faces when applying electronic archiving for university theses, including security obstacles, the lack of qualified human cadres in the field of electronic archiving, in addition to the intellectual property rights of researchers. The study came out with a proposed conception of the evolution of the reality of electronic archiving For theses For a library, a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are:Establishing an independent department for electronic archiving of scientific messages to supervise the operation of supervising the operation and development of the electronic archiving project, setting a specific and clear plan for the project and the need for a direction towards cooperative projects in the field of electronic archiving of scientific messages, especially in light of the multiplicity of electronic archiving projects And to expand the range of university thesis collections available to the beneficiaries, it was proposed to create a website via the Internet for the university. Doing some services that can be implemented without going to the geographical location. It also facilitates the process of searching and modifying the database and extracting the required data and reports in the least possible time and effort.
