Abstract

الــمستـــخلــــص تعتبر عملية البناء و التعمير من الطرق الحديثه في تطوير المدن و الرقي بها و تطوير البنيه التحتيه للدول، وولايه الخرطوم كغيرها من العواصم تهتم بعمليه البناء والتعمير و لكن هذه الخطوه تواجه الكثير من العوائق والــــعوامــل التي تجــعــل عجله الــتطــــور في هـــذا المجال تمشي بشكـل بطيئ نسبياً بسبب عدم إهتمام شــركات البناء بعمليه التخطيط والإداره الصحيحه للمشاريع وعــدم مواكبتها للتكنلوجيا وإدخال انظمة الاداره الناجحـــه للمشاريع في اعمالها مما يؤخر من عملية إنجاز المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وصعوبة إدارة المشاريع و تنظيمها وحساب تكلفتها الإجماليه والارباح والخسائر ، صعوبة حساب المصروفات من مواد البناء وغيرها لكل مشروع وتوثيقها واراجاعها للقيمه الفعليه للمشروع، وجود عده مشاكل يواجهها مدير المشروع عند تعامله مع العمال وإعطائهم حقوقهم واجورهم التي يستحقونها وفق العمل المطلوب كما تحصل عده مشاكل عند حساب الدفعيات لكل مشروع سواء بنسيان او بالتجاهل مما يؤدي الى توقف العمل وخساره العملاء والمتعاونين مع الشركه من مستثميرين و غيرهم ، ضياع المستندات وصور العقود تعتبر مشكله كبيره ، إن حاجة الانسان للبناء حاجة أزلية وتطورت مع تطور العصر حتي اصبحت حرفة لها مختصين يقومون بها ولكن لها الكثير من العوائق لعدم مواكبة الشركات بالتكنولوجيا ممايجعل العمل بطيء، لذلك لابد من عمل نظام محوسب لمساعدة شركات المقاولات في تنظيم اعمالهم بالصورة المطلوبة ، تنظيم المشاريع وإدرتها بكفاءة عالية مما يوفر الجهد والمال للشركة، عمل قاعدة بيانات كاملة لكل عامل فيها كل بيناتهم ونوع المهن والاعمال المتخصصين فيها وسهولة التواصل معهم لان اختيار العامل ذات الكفاءة العالية يجعل المشروع ذات جودة عالية ، توفير السرية التامة علي بيانات ومعلومات الموظفين والعملاء داخل النظام ، توفير شاشات سهلة التعامل للوصول لبيانات ومعلومات الموظفين بشكل سريع وسهل وامكانية (الحذف – التعديل – الاضافة – الاسترجاع متي ماطلب ذلك)،الدقة في استخراج التقارير مما يساعد في إنجاز الأعمال والمصروفات والتكلفة لكل مشروع ، دعم وتطوير شركات المقاولات التي لاتعمل بالانظمة المحوسبة ، لذلك قمت بالتوصيات وهي تدريب الموظفين علي النظام بصورة جيدة والتاكد من كيفية تشغيله بالصورة المطلوبة ، ربط جميع الموظفين بالنظام للقدرة علي تبادل ومشاركة المعلومات والبيانات الخاصة بالمشروع ، توفير محللي ومبرمجي النظم (عمالة فنية)، العمل علي صيانة النظام بشكل دوري والتاكد من عمله بصورة صحيحة، العمل علي تطوير النظام مستقبلا.
