ملخص الدراسة :-

تناولت هذه الدراسة أهم المواضيع التي تشغل بلال علماء

الاجتماع والباحثين فلي تنميلة المجتمعات الريفية وركزت على

تقضية جوهرية تؤثر في التنمية وهي العون اللذاتي (النفيلر ) حيلث

يعتبر العون الذاتي آلية من آليات تنمية المجتمع والمشاركة تكللون

فيلله حجللر الزاويللة بيللن الجهللود الشللعبية والحكومللات المحليللة

والمجالس الشعبية ومدى تطورها فى تنميللة المجتمعللات الريفيللة

وكثيرً ما تلعب هذه الجهود دوراً في نجاح وفشل مشاريع التنميللة ا

أثبتت الدراسة الراهنة أن العون اللذاتي فلي المجتمعلات

الريفية تواجهه عدة معوتقات منها ضعف المشاركة من الحكوملات

المحلية والمجلالس الشلعبية مملا أدى إللى تلدهور فلي الخلدمات

الجتماعية والتقتصادية وعندما تكون هناللك جهلود مشلتركة تهتلم

بالعون الذاتي وتوجيهه ودعمة يعمل على تنميلة المنلاطق الريفيلة

وبالتالي يؤدي إلى توفير الخدمات الجتماعيلة والتقتصلادية ويقللل

من عملية الهجرة وظواهرها السلالبة ملن المنلاطق الريفيلة إللى

المناطق الحضرية .

ولذلك أراد الباحث بهذه الدراسة أن يوجه النظارإلى المجتمع

الريفي ويحاول أن يذلل تلك المعوتقات والتخطيط لهللا ؛ وتقللد تقللام

الباحث بإجراء دراسة وصفية عن العون الذاتي وأثلره عللى تنميلة

المجتمعات الريفية في تقريتي العمارة يوسف وودالجمل الخوالدة

الواتقعتين جنوب ووسط الجزيرة بمحلية المدينلة علرب وأسلتخدم

الباحث أكثر من منهج وركز على المنهج الوصللفي التحليلللي الللذي

يناسللب طبيعللة الدراسللة ؛ وإستشللهد البللاحث ببعللض النظريللات

والدراسات السابقه التي تدعم هذه الدراسة .

Abstract

This study discusses the issue of yeoman’s service (Al-Nafieer); the

most important topic seriously is considered by the socialists and

researchers of rural communities’ development, whereas it’s considered

as a mechanism used for community’s development as well as it’s the

cornerstone of the popular, local governments, and municipalities’

contributions in rural communities’ development; moreover these

contributions may play an essential role in success of the developmental

projects.

The current study has quietly approved that the yeoman’s service

in the rural communities faces many different obstacles such as the weak

contribution of the local governments and popular councils /

municipalities, the thing that led to the deterioration of economical and

social services. Although there are mutual efforts and contributions

concern with the yeoman’s service and its orientation to support the rural

areas development, thus this would lead to provide these economical and

social services and reduce the internal emigration its negative impacts to

the urban areas.

Therefore, the researcher fully intends to concentrate on the rural

community and tries to accurately solve these obstacles. Furthermore, the

researcher has conducted a descriptive study related to the yeoman’s

service and its effects on the rural areas’ development of two villages

“Al-amara Yousif” and “Wad El-Jamel Al-Khawalda” located in midsouth

Gezira State – Al-madina Arab Locality. Accordingly, the

researcher used more than one methodology concentrating on the

analytical descriptive methodology, which is compatible with the study’s
