دور وزارة الشئون الإجتماعية في الحد من تشرد الأطفال ( دراسة حالة إدارة الرعاية الاجتماعية بمحلية الجنينة بولاية غرب دارفور

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية في الحد من تشرد الأطفال. وهدف البحث إلى إبراز دور إدارة الرعاية الاجتماعية في مدينة الجنينة. التعرف على حجم العنف الأسري. معرفة العوامل التي تؤدي إلى تشرد الأطفال. التعرف على دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي، والكشف عن مقترحات وقائية. وانطلق البحث من تساؤل رئيسي ما هو دور وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية في الحد من ظاهرة تشرد الأطفال؟ ثم تفرع إلى العديد من التساؤلات: ما حجم العنف الأسري؟، ما هو تأثير العنف الأسري على تشرد الأطفال؟، ما علاقة أنماط العنف الأسري بتشرد الأطفال؟، هل العنف الأسري يؤدي إلى تشرد الأطفال؟. استخدم الباحث الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية و منهج دراسة الحالة ، وأداة الاستبيان والمقابلة والملاحظة واختار العينة العشوائية البسيطة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث منها: أن لدي إدارة الرعاية الاجتماعية العديد من الأدوار والمهام في مواجهة العنف الأسري حتى تقلل من نسبة تشرد الأطفال، أن حجم العنف الأسري أقل في مجتمع الدراسة، أن هنالك علاقة نسبية بين أنماط العنف الأسري وتشرد الأطفال، بأن العنف الأسري يؤدي إلى تشرد الأطفال. إن تأثر العنف الأسري يمثل نسبة 46%على تشرد الأطفال، بأن للأخصائي الاجتماعي العديد من الأدوار والمهام لمواجهة العنف وظاهرة التشرد. وأوصى على أن يكون هنالك مراكز دائمة لإيواء المشردين بدلاً من المراكز المفتوحة بشكل دائم، على إدارة الرعاية الاجتماعية توفير الرعاية اللاحقة والمتابعة لمنع الانتكاسة مرة أخرى، تدريب وتأهيل الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لهذه الأدوار، وضرورة عمل مزيد من البرامج الإرشادية للأسر حول أهمية دورها في التنشئة الاجتماعية السليمة.

Abstract The research discussed the role of the Ministry of social Affairs in reducing the displacement of children. The research aims to highlight the role of the department of social welfare. Identify the extent of domestic violence on the displacement of children, to know the factors that lead to displacement, to identify the role of social worker, and to reveal proposals and preventive solution to this problem. What is the role of the department of social welfare in the face of domestic violence to reduce child displacement?, Then the question was raised to what extent of domestic violence?, What is impact of domestic violence on displacement of children?, What the relationship between patterns of domestic violence and homelessness of children?, Does domestic violence lead to displacement of children?. The research used the descriptive analytical study and the use of case study method and social survey, and the use of the questionnaire, interview and observation tool and chose a simple random sample. The most important finding of the research, including: that the department of social welfare many roles and tasks in the face of domestic violence in order to reduce the rate of homelessness, that the size of domestic violence and childhood, that violence leads to displace children, That the impact of violence by46% for the displacement of children.The social worker has many role and tasks in the face of violence and homelessness. The researcher recommended that there should be permanent centers to accommodate homeless people instead of temporarily open centers the social welfare department should provide aftercare and follow up to prevent relapse again, training and rehabilitation of social workers, and the need to work more guidance programs for families on the importance of their role in proper socialization.
