Abstract
Abstract
This study : " Teacher and Instructional Technology " aims to :
- Illustrate the importance of instructional technology . '
- Focus the problems that facing teachers during teaching process .
- Find the methods that help in solving teaching problems .
— Adapt continuous self growth and qualifying through in -
service training to acquaint technological and scientific
development .
The sample of the study composed: " 65 " male and female '
teachers of deferent fields of the study population - specializes of
curriculum center in Bakhat Elruda , The workers of Training and
Educational Qualification Department in The Federal Ministry of
Education , Khartoum State Secondary and Technical Secondary
Teachers .
The researcher has designed a questionnaire as a data collection
through Two sections as follow :
- First section : Individual C. V of the sample members of the
study population . -
- Second section : consists of the research hypotheses .
The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method and,
recommended the statistical method for analyzing data through :
( Statistical Package for Social Science ” SPSS ") . Including :
Percentage , counting approach , medium , and criteria distribution
and proposition value of " Kai " square at : ( 0.05 ) .
The study came out with : - _
l. Crowded class rooms is one of the identical instructional process
problems .
2. Weakness of learning environment is one of the instructional
process obstacles .
3. Unclear behavioral objectives also one of the instructional
process obstacles . -
4 . Mental abilities and last experiences of the students effect on
instructional process .
5. Short of school text books effects on instructional process .
6. Unimportance of using educational media effects on instructional
process .
7. The full occupied time table effects on achievement motivation .
8. Scientific trips increase students motivation .
9. Weakness of training and qualifying of teachers , lead to
weakness of instructional process . "
Recommendations : -
1. Organize summer training courses and workshop sessions for all
general education teachers in how to use and produce educational
media .
2. Organize training courses for teachers in how to prepare and _
design lessons . _
3. Organize training courses for teachers in how to write behaveiral
objectives .
4. To interest of the general appearance of schools and encourage
school activities .
