تطوير نظام ديوان الأوقاف القومي الإسلامي السوداني

Abstract

المستخلص يهتم هذا البحث بتطوير نظام ديوان الاوقاف القومي الإسلامي حيث كان النظام المستخدم في الديوان يستخدم لغات برمجية قديمة لا تواكب التطورات التقنية الحديثةوايضا شاشات ادخال البرنامج بها صعوبة في التعامل من قبل المستخدمين، يهدف هذا البحث إلي تطبيق نظام الكتروني مطور بلغات برمجية حديثة مواكبة للتقنيات الحديثة .توفير امنية عالية للنظام واعطاء الصلاحيات للجهات المخول لها الدخول للنظام ومنع كل من ليست لهم صلاحية الدخول الي النظام .تصميم واجهات واضحه وسهل التعامل معها وتتمتع بالجاذبية والجمال .أستخدم الباحث لغة البرمجة وجافا . من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث تصميم النظام طبقاً لاحتياجات الديوان وقد روعي في هذا التصميم سهولة الاستخدام وسرعة الوصول للبيانات وحوجة الديوان لوسيلة مرنه لحصر وتصنيف الاوقاف والاحتفاظ بالمكون الأساسي وهو سجل الوقف أو الجدول الخاص بكل وقف وحركات الوقف وانشطته . ومن أهم التوصيات التي يوصيبها الباحث هيتصميم واجهة ويب للنظام أو صفحة علي اقل تقدير خاصة بالوقف وربط الموقع أو الصفحة بقاعدة البيانات لإتاحة جميع المعلومات عن الوقف واستثماراته للتواصل بين من يريد ان يوقف والديوان. توسيع النظام وإضافة خدمات جديد له مثل خدماتالاندرويد والتي تسهل ربط الواقفين بالديوان.

Abstract This research is concerned with the development of the system of the Islamic National Endowments Bureau, where the system used in the bureau uses old programming languages that do not keep pace with the latest technological developments.By users The aim of this research is to implement an electronic system developed in modern software languages to keep abreast of modern technologies. Provide high security for the system and give powers to authorized entities to enter the system and prevent all those who do not have access to the systemDesign interfaces, clear and easy to deal with and enjoy the attractiveness and beauty. The researcher used the programming language Java One of the most important findings of the researcher design system according to the needs of the Office has been taken into account in this design ease of use and fast access to data and the need of the Diwan a flexible way to inventory and classification of endowments and retain the basic component is the log of stop or the table for each stop and movements Waqf and activities One of the most important recommendations to be developed by the researcher is to design a web interface for the system or page at the very least, especially the endowment and linking the site or page to the database to provide all information about the endowment and investments to communicate between those who want to stop and the parents. Expansion of the system and the addition of new services such as Android services, which facilitate the linking of those standing in the Office.
