Abstract

ملخص البحث قامت الدراسة بمعالجة المشاكل في نظام التعامل مع المرضى في المركز الطبي الحديث لأن نظام إدارة متابعة المرضى يعتبر من أهم الإدارات التي تساعد في نجاح المركز. وقامت بتحليل النظام إلى أجزاءه ومكوناته الرئيسية التي تساعدنا في التوصيف والفحص للوصول إلى الفهم الصحيح للمشكلات. واستخدمت الطريقة الحديثة في التحليل وهي التوجه نحو الكينونة. وقامت بالتصميم لأنه المرحلة التالية لمرحلة التحليل، وأن مخرجات التحليل هي مدخلات عملية التصميم وهو عملية تشكيل أو ترتيب الأجزاء والمكونات والنظم الفرعية بطريقة تساهم بصورة برمجة مرئية، حيث يعتمد هذا الأسلوب من البرمجة على تكوين علاقات بين الكائنات التي تجمعها صفات مشتركة لتصبح كائن واحد له خصائص مشتركة يرث الخواص التي يريدها الكائن. ولهذا السبب قامت باختيار "PHP" لتصميم قواعد البيانات للنظام باعتباره من أقوى قواعد البيانات التي تخدم هذا النوع من البرمجة وكذلك قامت بتصميم النماذج باستخدام Dramwaver MX 2004 لمقدرتها الفائقة لمعالجة قاعدة البيانات بالسرعة والدقة المطلوبة وذلك باستخدام عنصر التحكم من البيانات والكود بطريقة متوازية وأيضاً لما تتيحه هذه البيئة من إمكانيات إنتاج شاشات نماذج وتقارير ذات مظهر جميلة وفعال. وأخيراً قامت بطباعة نتائج تنفيذ البرنامج من شاشات وتقارير. The study handled the problems within the system of dealing with patients in Modern medical centre. The system of patients’ follow up is considered one of the most significant administrations that help in success of the centre.

The study analyzed the system to its basic parts and components that help in describing and testing in order to understand the problems correctly. It used the modern method of analyzing, which is to aim directly to the core point.

The researcher conducted the design; the outputs of the analysis were the inputs of designing process. Designing is the process of formation, or arrangement of secondary parts, components and systems, in a way that contributes as a visual program. This method of programming depends on forming relations between objects that have the same characteristics in one object that has joint properties inheriting the characteristics that the object needs.

For the above-mentioned reason, the researcher chose “PHP”, which is considered one of the most powerful databases that serves this type of programming, to design the databases. Moreover, the researcher designed the models using dramwaver MX 2004 for its super capacity in processing the database as quick and accurate as required. By using the control element from the data and code parallel to each other; also for the potentials that this environment provides, such as producing beautiful and efficient monitors, layouts, and reports.

Finally, the researcher printed the results of program implementation (monitors and reports).
