مساهمة مشاريع حصاد المياه في تحقيق الأمن المائي والتنمية الاقتصادية في السودان [ دراسة حالة : ولاية شمال كردفان] [خلال الفترة من 2000-2015م]

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث مساهمة مشاريع حصاد المياه في تحقيق الأمن المائي والتنمية الاقتصادية في السودان بصفة عامة وفي ولاية شمال كردفان بصفة خاصة، بحيث أن الولاية تعاني من مشكلة توفر المياه بسبب اعتمادها على مياه الأمطار والمياه الجوفية وارتفاع تكاليف الحصول على المياه الصالحة للاستخدام، كما الموارد المائية في الولاية متنوعة الاستخدامات في الأغراض البشرية والحيوانية والصناعية في مختلف المشروعات التنموية، ونسبة لأهمية الموارد المائية لابد من استغلالها الاستغلال الأمثل، وتنميتها والمحافظة عليها. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في عدم توفر المياه التي تشكل هاجساً كبيراً بالنسبة لمواطني الولاية، وقد تم اللجؤ إلى مشاريع حصاد المياه كحل لهذه المشكلة وقد طرحت تساؤلات تمثلت في: هل ساهمت مشاريع حصاد المياه في تحقيق الأمن المائي وحل أزمة المياه بالولاية. تنبع أهمية البحث لأهمية المواضيع التي تتعلق بالموارد المائية ومشكلاتها الراهنة واللاحقة وأهمية وجود المياه لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة باعتبار الماء الأساسي لكافة الأنشطة الإنسانية والإنتاجية والاقتصادية، فمنطقة الدراسة تعتريها كثير من المعوقات المتعلقة بالمياه وتحد من النشاط الإنساني وتقف عقبة أمام تقدمه ونهضته. وقد اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي اهتم بوصف الجوانب المتنوعة في مشاريع حصاد المياه بولاية شمال كردفان، بهدف التوصل إلى نتائج منطقية تمكن من وضع تصور ومقترح حلول لمشكلة الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن ولاية شمال كردفان تزخر بموارد مائية كبيرة سطحية كانت أم جوفية، لكن تعتري هذه الموارد معوقات تقنية واقتصادية وبشرية نتيجة لضعف إدارة المياه مقابل النمو السكاني. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام بمشاريع حصاد المياه والتطوير الإداري والاستثماري وتفعيل المراجعات الدورية بمواقع مشاريع حصاد المياه والبحث العلمي وتنمية مصادر المياه وتعزيز المحافظة على المياه وحماية المصادر المائية.

Abstract This research deals with the contribution of water harvesting projects in achieving water security and Economic development Sudan in general and in the state of North Kordofan in particular, so that the state suffers from the problem of the availability of water due to its dependence on rain water and ground water and the high cost of access to safe water use and water resources in the state a variety of uses in human, animal and industrial purposes in the various development projects, and the ratio of the importance of water resources has to be .optimal utilization, development and conservation The problem with the lack of water in the search, which constitute a major concern for the citizens of the state provides, has been asylum to water harvesting projects as a solution to this problem has been questioned represented in: Is water harvesting projects in achieving water security .contributed to solving the water crisis in the state The importance of the research of the importance of topics related to water resources and problems of the current and subsequent importance of water for sustainable economic development as the basic water for all humanity, productivity and economic activities, The area of study riddled with many of the constraints related to water and limit human activity stands obstacle to progress and .renaissance This study followed the descriptive analytical method and who cared as diverse aspects of water harvesting projects in North Kordofan State, in order to arrive at a logical outcome was able to conceptualize and proposed solutions .to the problem of the study The study reached the following findings: that the state of North Kordofan, replete with a large water resources were superficial or underground, but Taatari these resources and economic obstacles to technology and humanity as a result .of poor water management versus population growth The study recommended several recommendations, including: the need for attention projects, water harvesting and investment management, development and activation of periodic revisions sites of water harvesting and scientific research and development of water resources and promote water conservation and protection of water resources .projects
