Abstract

هدف هذا البحث التعر ف على بعض العو امل المؤ ثرة في تدريب الناشئين لكرة القدم بالخر طو م استخدم الباحثون المنهج ال و صفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث ،و تكو نت عينة البحث من 26 مدرب تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية اداة جمع البيانات الاستبانة ،و من أهم النتائج التي تو صل لها البحث: تعميم فكرة مدارس المراحل السنية لكرة القدم بكل أنحاء السو دان معو جو د ضو ابط قانو نية صارمة لتنظيم سيرهاو عمل العاملين بها . -1 خلق تنافس سنوي ثابت لهذه المدارس السنية لكل أرجاء الس و دان علي مستوى الولايات و المستوى القو مي مثل الدورات المدر سية القو مية . -2 اشراك أ و لياء الأمو ر بصورة فعالة في العملية التربو ية التدريبية للصغار لخلق حلقة مترابطة بين العمل الأكاديميو التدريب في المدارس ، ذلك من شأنه أن يقلل من التسرب في التعليم العام أو الفاقد التربوي . ABSTRACT This Study aims to identify the basic principles of the Soccer Ages School. The target group is composed of Couches, Players, Experts and Administrative. The research sample is composed of: 26 Couches, 50 players, 18 administrative and 16 experts. The researcher has used the descriptive methodology which suits the nature of this study. The group has been selected intentionally and the conclusion of the research is that all the below-mentioned are the pillars of the basic principles of the Soccer Ages School in the Sudan:- The Research recommends the following:- 1- The importance of construction Soccer Ages schools in Sudan, should concern the Basic principles like Couches, Players, Funds and financial resources & Administration. 2- The proliferation of the Soccer Ages School in the Sudan. And the endorsement of rules and regulations to govern it.
