أثرعمليات الصيانة على كفاءة الأداء في القطاع الصناعي "بالتطبيق على محطة الشهيد الحرارية" في الفترة ما بين 2018_ 2020م

Abstract

المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة أثر عمليات الصيانة على كفاءة الأداء في القطاع الصناعي (بالتطبيق على محطة الشهيد الحرارية)، وتهدف الدراسة الىالتعرف على أثر عمليات الصيانة على كفاءة الأداء في محطة الشهيد الحرارية. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ان محطة الشهيد الحراريةتواجه صعوبات ومشاكل ومعوقات في عمليات الصيانة مما أدى الى قصور في عمليات الصيانة وضعف الإنتاجيةإنعكس أثره فيكافة القطاعات الصناعية. وتفترض الدراسة الفرضيات التالية: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عمليات الصيانة وكفاءة الأداء في محطة الشهيد الحرارية. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصيانة التصحيحية وكفاءة الأداء في محطة الشهيد الحرارية. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الصيانة وكفاءة الأداء في محطة الشهيد الحرارية.هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصيانة الوقائية، (إدارة المكائن المبكرة) وكفاءة الأداء في محطة الشهيد الحرارية. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السلامة والصحة المهنية وكفاءة الأداء في محطة الشهيد الحرارية. إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم إستخدام المنهج الأحصائي (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات وإختبار الفروض. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: وجود إرتباط قوي بين عمليات الصيانةوكفاءة الأداءفي محطة الشهيدالحرارية.أكدت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية اهتمام المحطة بالصيانة الوقائية. كما أوصت الدراسة على عدد من التوصيات أهمها، تعزيز الإهتمام بعمليات الصيانة لمساهمتها في رفع كفاءة الأداء بمحطة الشهيد الحرارية.وتفعيل الصيانة الوقائية بصورة افضل وزيادة الاهتمام باجراءت السلامة وصحة البيئةوالاهتمام بانظمة التدريب والحوافز.

Abstract:

The study aimed with the impact of maintenance operations on the efficiency of performance in the industrial sector (by application on the Al-Shaheed thermal station). The problem of the study was that Al-Shaheed Thermal Station faces difficulties, problems and obstacles in maintenance operations that did not enable it to raise the efficiency of performance in an ideal manner, which led to shortcomings in maintenance operations and low productivity, which was reflected in all industrial sectors. The study assumes the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between maintenance operations and performance efficiency at the Al-Shahid thermal station, and there is a statistically significant relationship between self-maintenance and performance efficiency at the Al-Shahid thermal station. There is a statistically significant relationship between corrective maintenance and performance efficiency at Al-Shaheed Thermal Station. There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of maintenance and performance efficiency at Al-Shaheed Thermal Station. There is a statistically significant relationship between occupational safety and health and performance efficiency at Al-Shaheed Thermal Station. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the statistical method (SPSS) was used to analyze data and test hypotheses. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a strong correlation between maintenance operations and performance efficiency at Al-Shaheed Thermal Station. The results of the field study confirmed the station's interest in preventive maintenance. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is enhancing attention to maintenance operations, as they contribute to raising the efficiency of performance at the Al-Shaheed Thermal Station. Activating better preventive maintenance, increasing attention to safety and environmental health procedures, and paying attention to training systems and incentives.
