أثر تطبيق الحوسبة على رفع كفاءة المخزون بالمنظمات الصناعية (دراسة تطبيقية على شركة جياد للسيارات) في الفترة من 2016 – 2020

Abstract

المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر تطبيق الحوسبة على رفع كفاءة المخزون بالمنظمات الصناعية (دراسة تطبيقية على شركة جياد للسيارات)، وتهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر الحوسبة في عملية دعم كفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات. وتحليل أثر تطبيق الحوسبة على كفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات، والتعرف على جوانب القصور في أثر تطبيق الحوسبة في رفع كفاءة المخزون والعمل على معالجتها. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة نسبة لضعف الاهتمام الكافي بتطبيقات الحوسبة وأثرها في ادارة المخزون بكفاءة وفعالية، وعليه تمت صياغة مشكلة الدراسة من خلال السؤال الرئيسي ما هو أثر استخدام تطبيقات الحوسبة في رفع كفاءة المخزون في شركة جياد للسيارات، ما هو أثر الأجهزة والمعدات الحاسوبية في كفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات؟ ما هو أثر أنظمة التشغيل والحماية في كفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات؟ ما هو أثر قواعد البيانات والتخزين في كفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات؟ ما هو أثر البرمجيات المحوسبة في كفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد السيارات؟ ما هو أثر الشبكات في كفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد السيارات؟ إفترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين تطبيقات الحوسبة وكفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات. وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الأجهزة والمعدات الحاسوبية وكفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات. وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين أنظمة التشغيل والحماية وكفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات. وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين قواعد البيانات والتخزين وكفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات. وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين البرمجيات المحوسبة وكفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات. وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الشبكات وكفاءة المخزون بشركة جياد للسيارات. إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إختيار 100 شخص ليمثلوا عينة الدراسة عن طريقة العينة الميسرة، تم جمع البيانات عن طريق إستمارة الإستبيان، حيث تم تحليلها علي أساليب البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: شركة جياد كانت قد طبقت الحوسبة في بدايات عام 2000م في استخدامها لقواعد البيانات ولكن ظهرت مشكلة القدم النسبي لهذه البرمجيات وحتي التحديث الذي كان يستخدم أصبح قديما نسبيا مع التغيرات السريعة التي تطرا علي هذة البرمجيات والانظمة المستخدمة في قواعد البيانات. تمتلك شركة جياد مخدمات (سيرفرات) علي الطريقة التقليدية من حيث الانظمة التي تستخدم عليه وليس العتاد (الهاردوير) بينما يتجه العالم للحوسبة السحابية. مشكلة الاجهزة التي تستخدم من قبل للمستخدمين في أغلبها تستخدم أنظمة تشغيل لنظام ال (ويندوز) الذي لاتمتلك رخص قانونية له من مايكروسوفت نسبة لأن السودان كان يخضع للحظر الأمريكي ومع رفع الحظر ستواجه شركة جياد مشاكل قانونية مع مايكروسوفت او وكلاءها. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها، التدريب المستمر علي ادخال البيانات لتلافي مشكلة الادخال الخطأ الذي يتسبب في التقارير الخاطئة. شراء رخص قانونية لانظمة التشغيل وللانظمة المستخدمة في قواعد البيانات حتي لا تتعرض الشركة للمسائلة القانونية. الاتجاه الكامل للحوسبة السحابية وبدء التجهيزات التقنية لها من حيث الاجهزة المناسبة وشراء قواعد بيانات تدعمها، وشراء نظام (ERP) يدعم عمليات الحوسبة السحابية في الادارات المختصة بمراقبة المخزون لضمات الكفاءة العالية والميزات الاخري التي توفرها الحوسبة السحابية.

Abstract: This study dealt with the impact of the application of computerization on raising the efficiency of inventory in industrial organizations (an applied study on the Giad Automotive Company). And analyze the impact of computing application on inventory efficiency at Giad Automotive Company, and identify the shortcomings in the impact of computing application in raising inventory efficiency and working to address them. The problem of the study was due to the lack of sufficient attention to computing applications and their impact on efficient and effective inventory management, and accordingly the study problem was formulated through the main question: What is the effect of using computing applications in raising inventory efficiency in Giad Automotive Company, what is the effect of hardware and computer equipment on inventory efficiency in a company Cars for cars? What is the impact of operating and protection systems on inventory efficiency in Giad Automotive? What is the effect of databases and storage on inventory efficiency in Giad Automotive? What is the effect of computerized software on inventory efficiency in Giad Auto Company? What is the impact of networks on inventory efficiency in the Giad Automotive Company? The study assumed a statistically significant relationship between computing applications and inventory efficiency at Giad Motors. There is a statistically significant relationship between hardware and computer equipment and inventory efficiency in Giad Motors. There is a statistically significant relationship between operating and protection systems and inventory efficiency in Giad Motors. There is a statistically significant relationship between databases, storage and inventory efficiency in Giad Motors. There is a statistically significant relationship between computer software and inventory efficiency at Giad Motors. There is a statistically significant relationship between networks and inventory efficiency in Giad Motors. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where 100 people were chosen to represent the study sample by the easy sampling method. The data was collected through a questionnaire form, which was analyzed on the methods of the statistical program (SPSS). The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Giad Company had applied computing in the early 2000s in its use of databases, but the problem of the relative oldness of this software appeared, and even the update that was used became relatively old with the rapid changes that occurred in this software and the systems used in the databases data. Giad company owns servers in the traditional way in terms of the systems that are used on it and not the hardware (hardware), while the world turns to cloud computing. The problem of the devices that are used by users, most of them use operating systems for Windows, which do not have legal licenses from Microsoft, because Sudan was subject to the American embargo, and with the lifting of the ban, Giad Company will face legal problems with Microsoft or its agents. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are continuous training on data entry to avoid the problem of wrong entry that causes wrong reports. Purchasing legal licenses for the operating systems and the systems used in the databases so that the company is not exposed to legal accountability. The full trend of cloud computing and the start of technical equipment for it in terms of appropriate devices and the purchase of databases that support them, and the purchase of an (ERP) system that supports cloud computing operations in the departments concerned with inventory control for guarantees of high efficiency and other features provided by cloud computing.
