Abstract

Abstract Identifying of psychological combustion and its relationship with sensation of responsibility and self- appreciation at special Education’s Teachers in State of Khartoum is the main objective of this Research. And to realize of that, the Researcher adopted the conjunctive and descriptive Methodology among utilizing standards of psychological combustion, sensation of responsibility and self-appreciation. The Researcher gathered her information from a sample of (200) teachers. The sample was selected by the simple Random Method. After being gathered, the information were processed by utilizing of some of statistics Equations represented in (T) Test for an average of one community and another (T) Test for Tow Independent Groups and Persil’s Correlative Modulus as well as Mono Dissimilarity Analyzing, which Subsidiary of (SPSS). The Research reached to the following finding: The Burnout of teachers special education decline, There is no correlation between burnout and social responsibity for special education teachers, There is correlation between burnout and selfesteem of teachers of special education, There are significant differences in burnout of teachers in special education depending no the social situation, There are significant differences in burnout for special education teachers depending no years of experience, There are significant differences in the social responsibility of special education teachers depending on the social situation, There are significant differences in the social responsibility of special education teachers depending on years of experience. The findings and results were being discussed according to Morals and ethics that provided by the theoretical frame and the previous studies. An the end of the study, the Researcher brought up and demonstrated a collection of suggestions and Recommendations.
