This research aims at identifying the problems associated with the share of information and smooth flow of data during the event of flooding, especially in light of the multiplicity of players working in flood risk management and the intersection of disciplines involvement, their roles, responsibilities and information. The research manipulate the problem of manual system has a significant delays in response actions and disruption the coordination process this is in turn aggravated the impacts of flooding on vulnerable groups and affected populations as well as increasing the cost of humanitarian response, dissipation of time and efforts. The researches contribute of reducing the risk of flood through the application of a computerized system equipped with a solid database instead of the old manual information system. The system available accurate information in regular basis, ensure access to beneficiaries at all levels to enhance decision-making process in a timely manner. The research used entity relation ER in analysis and build system model and also used Oracle g and Oracle developer i in the design and build of the system. The importance result of research ensure smooth flow of information to and from beneficiaries and hence spare time and efforts through efficient system to generate statistics and general reports as well as monitoring and evaluation. Consequently, the system will provide a deliberated decision making and a coordinated response action and finally reducing flood risk and addition digital data warehouse will be a nucleus for saving related to flood. The most important recommendations is to set implementation of the research outcome as a priority, in addition develop a documentation system and a flood database systems be a nucleus of a consolidated database for disaster in Sudan and also build the same application by open source that able to be available without cost mention.
