تصور مقترح لإعداد معلم الأحياء بكليات التربية السودانية للمرحلة الثانوية على ضوء الإتجاهات المعاصرة

مستخلص الدراسة

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الواقع الحالي للبرامج الدراسية لإعداد معلم الأحياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بكليات التربية في أربع جامعات هي: الخرطوم, أم درمان الإسلامية , القرآن الكريم وجامعة الجزيرة . ومعرفة مدى مناسبة هذه البرامج في إعداد معلم الأحياء, ومن ثَم العمل على تطويرها في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة. اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أساتذة الجامعات الذين يقومون بتدريس مادة الأحياء بكليات التربية وطلاب وطالبات كلية التربية قسم الأحياء وخبراء وموجهي مادة الأحياء بالمرحلة الثانوية. وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة المكونة من (40) أستاذاً جامعياً و(100) طالب وطالبة من كليات التربية السودانية و(10) من الخبراء والموجهين بالمرحلة الثانوية. وتم جمع المعلومات بواسطة الاستبانات المقدمة لأعضاء هيئات التدريس بكليات التربية وطلاب وطالبات كليات التربية وإجراء مقابلات مع خبراء وموجهي مادة الأحياء بالمرحلة الثانوية. ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS ) مستخدمة في ذلك اختبار مربع كاي في المعالجات الإحصائية للدراسة. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أن البرامج الدراسية تحتاج للمراجعة والتقييم, ومن الاتجاهات المعاصرة لإعداد المعلم الأخذ بمبدأ التعليم مدى الحياة, وتكامل وتنوع في الخبرات, وتربية المعلم على أساس الكفايات, وتطبيق النموذج الإنساني في تربية المعلم, ومن التوصيات وضع معايير مناسبة لقبول الطلاب وتدريب الهيئة التدريسية بكليات التربية قسم الأحياء و الاهتمام بالبيئة الجامعية الداعمة للتعلم والتدريب.

ABSTRACT This study deals with the existing current educational curriculum for the preparation of biology teachers for secondary schools in faculties of education in the universities of Khartoum, Omdurman Islamic, Holy Quran & Islamic Sciences and Gezira University. And knowing to what extent these curriculum are appropriate for the preparation of biology teachers, and then working on improving them in the light of the contemporary methods and practices. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, and the sample of the study was chosen and consisted of (40) university professors, (100) male and female students of education faculties, and (10) secondary school experts and supervisor and the sum of these constitutes the study population. The information was collected by a questionnaire given to the members of teaching staff and students of education faculties. In addition to, interviews held with expert and supervisor of biology in secondary schools. For data analysis SPSS statistical program was used, The Chi-square test was applied as a measurement statistical technique. The researcher came to a number of results and conclusions, the most important of which are: the educational curriculum need to be reviewed and evaluated from a modern perspective to prepare the teachers to adopt the principle of lifetime education, the integration and variation of expertise, educating teachers on the base of efficiency and applying the humane model in teachers education. Some of the recommendations are: Setting appropriate standards for student's admission and giving training to the teaching staff of biology department in education faculties, in addition to taking care of the environment conducive to learning and instruction in our universities.
