الوصم الإجتماعي وعلاقته بالعود للجريمة لدي النساء (دراسة حالة سجن النساء أم درمان)

Abstract

المستخلص : جاءت هذة الدراسة عن الوصم الإجتماعي وعلاقتة بالعود للجريمة لدي النساء باتطبيق علي سجن النساء بأم درمان ،هدفت البحث إلي التعرف علي مدي مساهمة العزلة ودورها في العود للجريمة لدي النساء المفرج عنهم، وقام هذة البحث علي.تساؤل مفادة : ما تاثير الوصم لإجتماعي علي عمل النساء بعد خروجهم من السجن ؟ إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لوصف وتحليل العلاقة بين الوصم الإجتماعي والعود للجريمة لدي النساء وإستخدم المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الإحصائي ،وعينة البحث عن طريق المسح الشامل، أهم توصية توصل إليها البحث : علي السجون مراعاة الوضع ألاجتماعي في المجتمع بعد الخروج من السجن الإستقرارالأسري ، أهم نتيجة توصل إليها البحث أثر السجن علي الوضع اإجتماعي في المجتمع بعد الخروج من السجن وأثر علي الإستقرارالأسري والإجتماعي ، الكلمات الإستفتاحية :الوصم ,الجريمة ،النساء ، العود ، السجن .Abstract : This study came about socٍial stigma and its relationship to recidivism among women by applying it to the women’s prison in Omdurman, the research aimed to identify the extent of the contribution of isolation and its role in recidivism among released women. After they get out of prison? The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to describe and analyze the relationship between social stigma and recidivism among women, and he used the historical and statistical method. And the research sample through the comprehensive survey, the most important recommendation reached by the research: Prisons should take into account the social situation in society after leaving prison, family stability, the most important result reached by the research, the impact of prison on the social situation in society after leaving prison and the impact on family and social stability, the opening words Stigma, crime, women, recidivism, prison.
