Abstract

Abstract The project represents an infrastructure study with full tools necessary to create a building management system with a high-performance, low cost, and has been designed to manage Masjid khatam Almrsilyen at Khartoum/Jabara. The most important tool used in this project is a programmable logical control "PLC", which is known for accuracy and reliability, located in the middle level of the control system and it will be the manager for all processes in the lower level, which consists of a group of units, such as units of lighting, ventilation and air conditioning. Then it comes at the top-level of the control system the SCADA supervisory system for the continuous state of the units in the lower levels for monitoring and communicates with the PLC by industrial the industrial famous protocol the MODBUS protocol. The idea of this project can also serve in a variety of control systems, such as home management systems, Industrial Systems, office systems, commercial complexes and businesses. And this diversity of systems comes due to the use of the capability of the equipment which can be adapted to different environments with low cost, with the ability to expand or limit according to the services required or according to the user's wishes.
