Abstract

Abstract Today the world is experiencing rapid growth in various spheres of life and the information revolution resulted in the revision of the systems, information and legislation in order to keep abreast of developments on the world stage there is no more place for institutions closed and rigid legislation. The governments to reform their institutions, is the elimination of the most important of these institutions that need to reform and development, this issue was discussed by the researcher in his research and that it is the contribution of this research to highlight the justice system model yourself and just based on established principles to achieve its objectives and purpose. It also concluded that the researcher came to the conclusion and recommendations of the most important findings of the research the most important of the need to take the advantages of the judicial system, which is based on the principles and foundations taking into account the separation of the judiciary from the executive and legislative branches, to the extent that can be eliminated in the management of its affairs.
