تطوير نظام الرعاية الصحية الأولية (بالتطبيق على محلية جبل أولياء)

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفه تأثير سواقط التحصين والفرص الضائعة ومدى مساهمتها في انتشار إمراض الطفولة ومضاعفاتها في ولاية الخرطوم- محلية جبل اولياء وذلك طريق بناء نظام محوسب متكامل يربط وحدات المركز ويساهم في عملية متابعه النساء و الاطفال والحد من مشكلة السواقط ونشر الوعي الصحي بين الامهات كما يعاني النظام من عده مشاكل اهمها صعوبة اداره المركز والمتابعة المستمرة للنساء والاطفال زيادة في معدل وفيات الأمهات ، انتشار أمراض الطفولة وايضا عدم الوعي الصحي للأمهات (الأمهات في سن الإنجاب والحوامل) تم استخدام العلمي التجريبي(علمي تطبيقي) عن طريق استخدام منهج علاقة الكينونات في تحليل ونموذجة النظام ولغة (C#) في برمجة النظام وقواعد البيانات من نــــــــــــــــــــوع (Ms-SQL Server ). وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهمها أن النظام ساهم وبشكل كبير في تطوير نظام معلومات ساعد في عملية ربط النساء والاطفال بالمركز وسهولة التعامل معهم واستخراج تقارير مختلفة تساعد في اتخاذ القرارات والسماح بإرسال الرسائل الى الأمهات عن طريق استخدام الهاتف السيار. ومن اهم التوصيات التي اوصت بها الدراسة هي عملية تطوير النظام ليصبح متداول عبر الهاتف السيار باستخدام تطبيق اندرويد يكون متاح لجميع الفئات و يسهل عملية التعامل والاستخدام.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of immunization gaps and missed opportunities and their contribution to the spread of childhood diseases and complications in the state of Khartoum - Jabal Oliya region by constructing a computerized system that links the center's units and contributes to the follow-up process of women and children. The system has several problems, the most important of which is the difficulty of running the center and the continuous follow-up of women and children. The increase in maternal mortality, the spread of childhood diseases and the lack of health awareness of mothers (mothers of childbearing age and pregnant women) Experimental science (applied science) was used by using the relationship of entities in system analysis and modeling and C # in system programming and MS-SQL Server databases. The study concluded that the system has contributed significantly to the development of an information system that helped in linking women and children to the center and to facilitate dealing with them and to extract various reports to help in making decisions and to allow sending messages to mothers through the use of the Mobile. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the study is the process of developing the system to become a mobile phone using the Android application is available for all categories and facilitates the process of handling and use.
