إدارة الجودة الشاملة كمدخل لتحسين الإنتاجية للمؤسسات الصناعية (بالتطبيق على الشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء المحدودة 2017 – 2021م)

Abstract

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على إدارة الجودة الشاملة كمدخل لتحسين الإنتاجية للمؤسسات الصناعية في الشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء، تحليل دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الإنتاجية للمؤسسات الصناعية في الشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في المعوقات التي تتعلق بتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الأنشطة والعمليات الخاصة بها وفق المعايير والمواصفات العالمية والمحلية المطلوبة لتحقيق الإنتاجية وأن تطبيق الجودة الشاملة بالمواصفات المطلوبة يعتبر مدخل لتحسين الإنتاجية في المؤسسات الصناعية، ويمكن عرض مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما هو دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الإنتاجية للمؤسسات الصناعية بالشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء المحدودة، واعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاحصائي. اختبرت الدراسة الفرض الرئيسي التالي هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتحسين الإنتاجية للمؤسسات الصناعية الشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء، وتتفرع منه الفرضيات التالية: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحسين المستمر للجودة وتحسين الإنتاجية، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إلتزام الإدارة العليا بالجودة وتحسين الإنتاجية، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التركيز على العميل وتحسين الإنتاجية، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تدريب العاملين وتحسين الإنتاجية. توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج من أهمها، تسعى شركة توزيع الكهرباء المحدودة الى التحسين المستمر للجودة لكنها تعاني من ضعف في تقديم خدمات تتوافق مع توقعات العملاء مما يوثر بالسلب على الإنتاجية، ضعف الإلتزام من الإدارة العليا بالجودة في شركة توزيع الكهرباء المحدودة من خلال عدم توفر الإمكانيات اللازمة لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة، التركيز على العميل بشركة توزيع الكهرباء المحدودة لا ياخذ في الأعتبار بأراء العملاء عند تطوير الخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة مما يضعف تحسن الإنتاجية. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمهما: ضرورة ان تعمل الشركة إلى التحسين المستمر للجودة وضرورة تقديم خدمات تتوافق مع توقعات العملاء حتى يساعد في تحسين الإنتاجية، ضرورة إلتزام الإدارة العليا بالجودة لما لها من تأثير في تحسين الإنتاجية بشركة توزيع الكهرباء المحدودة، وتوفير الإمكانيات اللأزمة لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة، عند التركيز على العميل بشركة توزيع الكهرباء المحدودة ضرورة الأخذ في الإعتبار بأراء العملاء عند تطوير الخدمة لتحسين الإنتاجية بالشركة.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the total quality management as an entry point to improve the productivity of the industrial establishments in the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company, and to analyze the role of total quality management in improving the productivity of the industrial establishments in the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company. The problem of the study was represented in the challenges related to the application of total quality management in all its activities and operations in accordance with international and local standards and specifications required to achieve productivity and that the application of total quality with the required specifications is an entry point to improve productivity in industrial enterprises, and the study problem can be simplified in the following main question: What is the role of management Total quality in improving productivity of industrial establishments in the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method and the statistical method. The study tested the main hypothesis. There is a statistically significant relationship between total quality management and productivity improvement for industrial enterprises, the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company. There is a statistically significant relationship between continuous quality improvement and productivity improvement. There is a statistically significant relationship between the commitment of senior management to quality and productivity improvement. Statistical significance between customer focus and productivity improvement. There is a statistically significant relationship between employee training and productivity improvement. The study reached a number of results, the most important of them are, the Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. seeks to continuously improve the quality, but it suffers from a weakness in providing services that are in line with the expectations of customers, which negatively affects productivity, the weak commitment of the senior management to quality in the Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. through the lack of availability The capabilities necessary to implement total quality, focus on the customer in the Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. does not take into account the opinions of customers when developing the services provided by the company, which weakens the improvement of productivity. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: that the Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. seeks to continuously improve the quality and the need to provide services that comply with customers’ expectations in order to help improve productivity, the need for the senior management to commit to quality because of its impact on improving the productivity of the Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., and providing the capabilities The need to implement total quality, when focusing on the customer in the Electricity Distribution Company Limited, the need to take into account the opinions of customers when developing the service to improve productivity in the company.
