Abstract

المستخلص نظام معلومات الانتاج والتوزيع هو عباره عن نظام محوسب يهدف الى تقليل الجهد و الوقت المبذولين لمتابعة الأعمال الادارية في الشركة و تقديم المعلومات اللازمة لرسم سياسات الانتاج والتسويق و حفظ البيانات وسهولة استرجاعها و تقييم الاداء واتخاذ القرارات الادارية ، بالإضافة إلى أنه يهدف إلى مراقبة المخزون و جودة المنتج ، حيث أن مشكلة البحث تكمن في تكرار البيانات التي يتم استخدامها في العملية الانتاجية و استغراق الكثير من الوقت والجهد عند إستخدام النظام التقليدي ، وبالتالي إتخاذ القرارات بأقل فعالية و ببطء أكبر بالإضافة إلى أن هناك صعوبة في كيفية الرقابة على الكمية و الجودة والتكاليف ، و قد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع منهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم ذات المراحل السبعة وهي( الدراسة المبدئية ، التحليل ، التصميم ، البرمجة ، الفحص ، التنفيذ و الصيانة ) و المنهج التطبيقي باستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة. وأهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل اليها هي القدرة على التحقق من الاهداف التي بني من أجلها النظام حيث أنه يعمل على تقليل الوقت المستغرق والجهد المبذولين في العمليات التي يتم القيام بها داخل الشركة من خلال التقليل من تكرار البيانات التي تحدث أثناء استخدام الأنظمة التقليدية المتبعة بالإضافة إلى أن النظام يتميز بالسهولة والمرونة في تنفيذ مختلف العمليات التي تتم في الشركة و التحكم في عمليات الانتاج والشراء والبيع و مراقبة المخزون وتقديم معلومات تساعد في اتخاذ القرارات و تقييم الأداء ، و بناء على هذه النتائج هناك بعض التوصيات منها تطوير النظام إلى تخطيط موارد المؤسسة متكامل يضم تخطيط نظام الانتاج و المواد الخام و نظام المشتريات و نظام المبيعات ونظام المخزون و نظام الحسابات و نظام الموارد البشرية و المرتبات والاجور بالاضافة إلى الالتزام بتنفيذ الرقابة الالكترونية على الانظمة المعلوماتية.

Abstract The production and distribution information system is a computerized system that aims to reduce the effort and time spent to follow up on the administrative work in the company and provide the necessary information to draw production and marketing policies and save data and ease of retrieval and performance evaluation and management decisions, in addition to that it aims to monitor inventory and quality The product, as the research problem lies in the repetition of the data that is used in the production process and taking a lot of time and effort when using the traditional system, and therefore making decisions with less effectiveness and more slowly in addition to that there is a difficulty in how to slavery Based on quantity, quality, and costs, the descriptive analytical approach has been followed with the methodology of analyzing and designing the seven-stage systems which are (initial study, analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation and maintenance) and the applied approach using the unified modeling language. The most important conclusions reached are the ability to verify the goals for which the system was built, as it works to reduce the time and effort spent in the processes that are carried out within the company by reducing the frequency of data that occurs during the use of traditional systems followed in addition to that The system is characterized by ease and flexibility in carrying out the various operations that take place in the company and control the production, purchase and sale processes, inventory control and providing information that helps in making decisions and evaluating performance, and based on these results there are some recommendations, including developing the system to An integrated enterprise resource planning that includes planning the production system, raw materials, the procurement system, the sales system, the inventory system, the accounts system, the humanresources system, salaries and wages, in addition to the commitment to implement electronic control of the information systems
