نظام إلكتروني لإدارة الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسات التربية والتعليم ( دراسة حالة وزارة التربية والتعليم ولاية جنوب كردفان) باستخدام ORACLE (ADF)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث النظام الالكتروني لإدارة الجودة الشاملة هو نظام يهدف لتطوير وترقية الأداء بالنظام التعليمىي بولاية جنوب كردفان من خلال ما يقدمه من تقارير دقيقة توضح مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة مما يساعد علي تحديد دقيق للمعوقات في العملية التعليمية وطرق معالجتها بدقة . يعمل النظام على بيئة تطبيقات الانترنت حيث يقوم الطلاب ،المعلمين ، اولياء الامور والموظفين بملء الإستمارات التي تتضمن اسئلة تتعلق بقياس معايير الجودة الشاملة وإرسالها في الموقع يتم بعدها عمل تحليل إحصائي للحصول علي تقارير توضح مدى تطبيق الجودة الشاملة فى قطاعات الولاية المختلفة . تم تصميم النظام بواسطة برنامج oracle11g لقاعدة البيانات وADF للواجهات والشاشات وبرنامج Crystal report للتقارير . من خلال هذا البحث تم التوصل لعدد من النتائج أهمها إمكانية التعامل مع نظام إدارة الجودة لكافة المستخدمين بكل سهولة والحصول علي المعلومات في إي وقت ودون عناء ، مما يمكن المؤسسات التعلمية من الحصول علي تقارير ونتائج صحية ، يعمل النظام علي تسريع عملية الحصول علي التغذية الراجعة بصورة مباشرة من الطلاب والعاملين واولياء الامور والموجهين لتحديد نقاط القوة و الضعف ومعالجتها بسرعة لتحقيق مفهوم الجودة الشاملة . كما توصي الدراسة بتطوير التطبيق ليعمل علي ADF Mobile للإستفادة من إمكانيات ومرونة الموبايل .

Abstract The electronic total quality is a system aims to improve & development the educational performance on south Kordofan state. Through providing an accurate & particular reports explain the implementation of overall quality and determine the impedimenta in the education process and find out how to solve it accurately. The system work on web application environment, the Student, teachers, regents & employees fill a special format included a questions related to measurement standards of the overall quality and send this format through web application system, after that statistical analysis the data to get a reports determine the implementation of overall quality at the different sectors of the state. Quality management system is designed by using Oracle 11g for the database, the user interface and screens designed by Developer – ADF (Application development Framework), to making report we use Crystal reports. The important result s of this research that, the users can use the system easily and get the information’s in time and give a decision support for all educational sectors in the state. On of the recommendations of this research is providing all physical, technical and human resources to apply the electronic total quality system and developing the system to application work on ADF Mobile.
