إستخدام تقنية المعلومات في خدمات المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية دراسة حالة مكتبة جامعة ام درمان الاسلامية المركزية

Abstract

المستخلص باللغة العربية جمهورية السودان جامعة النيلين كلية الدراسات العليا كلية الآداب _ قسم المكتبات والمعلومات عنوان الدراسة : إستخدام تقنية المعلومات في خدمات المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية دراسة حالة مكتبة جامعة امدرمان الإسلاميةالمركزية إعدادالطالب : مدثر محمد حامد محمد المشرف : د. عبدالباقي يونس إسماعيل الدرجة العلمية : ماجستير العام : 2020م هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف علي تقنيات المعلومات المستخدمة بمكتبة جامعة ام درمان الإسلامية المركزية و مدي تاثيرها علي خدمات المعلومات بالمكتبة والكشف عن المشكلات و المعوقات التي تواجه إستخدام التقنيات في تقديم خدمات المعلومات بالمكتبة . و قد إعتمد الباحث علي المنهج الوثائقي لمراجعة آدبيات الموضوع ، والمنهج المسحي لوصف و تحليل إستخدام تقنيات المعلومات في خدمات المعلومات بمكتبة الجامعة، و قد وظف الباحث أدوات المقابلة والاستبانة في جمع البيانات و ذلك للإجابة علي الأسئلة التي تغطي أهداف الدراسة وقد تم إختيار عينة قصدية للدراسة وهم العاملين بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة ام درمان الإسلامية . و توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها ضعف البنية التحتية للمكتبة المركزية والتي لا تواكب متطلبات التقنية،وعدم وجود ميزانية كافية و واضحة للمكتبة تساعدها في جلب أحدث تقنيات المعلومات. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الإسراع فى إنشاء المبني المقترح للمكتبة المركزية بالمدينة الجامعية،و توفير الميزانية الكافية لإستجلاب أحدث الأجهزة والتقنيات،التدريب المستمر والمتواصل للعاملين والمستفيدين على تقنيات المعلومات.

Abstract Republic of Sudan AlneelainUniversity College of Graduate Studies College of Arts - Department of Libraries and Information Study: The use of information technology in the information services of university libraries Case of study: Central library of Omdurman Islamic University Prepared by: Mudather Mohamed Hamid Mohamed Supervisor: Dr. Abd El BaqiYounes Ismail Degree: Master Year: 2020 The study aimed to identify the information technologies which used in the central library of Omdurman Islamic University and its impacton the information services in the library.In addition to that it aimed to identify the problems and obstacles which face the use of technologies in providing information services inside the library. The researcher relied on the documentary approach to review literature of the subject, and the descriptive approach to describe and analyze the use of information technologies in information services in the library of the university, the researcher also employed interview and questionnaire tools in collecting data in order to answer the questions that cover objectives of the study, an intentional sample has been chosen for the study and this sample represented by the staff of Library of Omdurman Islamic university. The study reached to the several results, including the weakness of the infrastructure of the central library, which does not meet the requirements of technology, and the lack of a sufficient and clear budget for the library to help it to bring the latest information technology. The study recommended The necessity of expediting the establishment of the proposed building of the central library in the University City, and providing the adequate budget to attract the latest equipment and technologies, continuous training for employee and beneficiaries of information technology.
