المرأة العاملة ودورها في التغير الإجتماعي والإقتصادي (دراسة تطبيقية للعاملات بوزارة الصحة- ولاية وسط دارفور)

Abstract

تناول البحث موضوع المرأة العاملة ودورها في التغير الإجتماعي والإقتصادي بوزارة الصحة ولاية وسط دارفور، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن المرأة تلعب دوراً كبيراً في إحداث التغير الإجتماعي والإقتصادي إلا أن المجتمع ينظر إلى دورها كدور ثانوي. هدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على المرأة العاملة ودورها في التغير الإجتماعي والإقتصادي، والتعرف على أحد المجالات التي طرقتها المرأة العاملة. قام البحث على فرضية بأن للمرأة دور في التغير الإجتماعي والإقتصادي وتفرعت منها عدة فرضيات، أستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، استخدم أدوات جمع البيانات (الإستبيان، الملاحظة، المقابلة الشخصية). إعتمدت الدراسة على العينة العشوائية البسيطة. أهم النتائج: - تحسين الأوضاع المادية للأسرة هو أكثر دافع لعمل المرأة وأن الزواج لا يؤثر سلباً على أدائها في العمل وان العمل يحقق للمرأة مساحة من الحرية وتحسين حالتها الإقصادية ورفع مكانتها الإجتماعية. - عمل المرأة يلعب دوراً إيجابياً في إحداث تغيرات إجتماعية وإقتصادية من خلال المساهمة في إقتصاد الأسرة وتعليم الأبناء وتقديم التوعية والإرشاد في المجالات الصحية والتعليمية والخدمات الطوعية في المجال الخيري. أهم التوصيات: - على الجهات ذات الصلة زيادة فرص عمل المرأة في تقليد الوظائف لأنه عمل المرأة يلعب دور في إحداث التغيرات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية. - ضرورة إعطاء المرأة مساحة للعمل في مجال الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية والتوعية والإرشاد.

Research Abstract

This research is to consider the issue of the workable women & its role in socioeconomic change. In the Ministry of Health- Central Darfur State, Sudan. And the research core problematic statement was examined that the workable women plays a big role in order to create socioeconomic change, but the community takes their role as secondary. This research attempts the workable women role in the socioeconomic change, and identify the fields that that workable women kicked. The researcher depends on the hypothesis that the role of the workable women is positive in socioeconomic change, and divided in to other sub branch hypothesis. The researcher used analytical approach, mixed with data collection tools as" (Questionnaire, observation and direct contact). The study depended on simple random sample for respondent selection. The Main Results: - To improve the economic of situation, is the most important element that motivate women work. And the marital cause not negatively the mutter to impact for their performance in work. Furthermore, the work success her freedom, economic improvement and rise up her social status. - Work of women play the positive role to create socioeconomic changes through their contribution in family economy, education and their advisor with awareness in the fields of" health, education and voluntary services in the field of charity. Recommendations - For the official stakeholders to increase the workable chances to handle extra functions, due to their role plays and create the socioeconomic changes. - It s necessary to give the women a chance to work in the field of health services, medical, advisor and awareness.
