استخدام تقنيات تنقيب البيانات في اكتشاف مسببات قطوعات الكهرباء

Abstract

المستخلص هذا البحث تطرق الى اهم مشكلة تواجه مستخدمي الكهرباء وهي عدم استقرار التيار الكهربائي ومعرفة مسببات انقطاع التيار الكهربائي تناول هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية لمعرفة اكثر مسببات انقطاع التيار الكهربائي ومقارنة اكثر الاماكن تأثراً بعملية انقطاع التيار الكهربائي تمت الدراسة لمركز خدمات الزبائن بالشركة السودانية لتوزيع الكهرباء حيث شملت الدراسة عدد (3300) سجل تم الحصول عليها من مركز خدمات الزبائن وتم استخدام تقنيات التنقيب في البيانات في هذه الدراسة واستخدام برنامج ويكا في استخدام عملية التحليل ومقارنة النتائج وبناء التوقعات. تم استخدام احد تقنيات تقيب البيانات التنبؤى وتسمى تقنية التصنيف و تم استخدام نظام برنامج ويكا لبناء اشجار القرار بإستخدام خوارزمية J48 وبعد إكتمال عملية المعالجة والتحليل للبيانات تم التوصل الى اهم مسببات انقطاع التيار الكهربائي وهي مرتبة حسب اكثرها حدوثا وهي كالاتي : الصيانة الدورية يليها التوصيل الخاطئ ومن ثم العداد واخيراً مشكلة التحميل الزائد .

Abstract

This research is an analytical study to find out the most causes of power outages and compare the most affected areas to the process. The study of the number of (3300) records obtained from the customer service center and use of data mining techniques in this study by using Wika program in the use of the processing of analysis and comparison of results and build expectations. In this research the researcher used one of data mining predictive techniques called classification technique. Through using WIKA program in order to build the decision trees using the J48 algorithm. After completion of the processing and analysis of the data, then researcher has proved that main causes of the power failure were determined as fallow. The most frequent occur were: periodic maintenance followed by wrong electric conduction then the electric meter and finally overload problem.
