دور الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية في التخفيف من المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية لمرضى الفشل الكلوي (دراسة تطبيقية على بعض مستشفيات ومراكز غسيل الكلي بولاية الخرطوم)

Abstract

مستخلص تناولت الدراسة موضوع الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية ودورها في التخفيف من المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية لمرضى الفشل الكلوي. هدف البحث إلى تحديد أهم المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية الناجمة عن الإصابة بمرض الفشل الكلوي، تحديد الأدوار الفعلية التي يمارسها الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع مرضى الفشل الكلوي، التعرف على مهارات وقدرات الأخصائي الاجتماعي المهنية الفعالة في التعامل مع مرضى الفشل الكلوي، تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي في أداء أدواره، وضع برنامج مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية للتخفيف من المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية المترتبة على الإصابة بمرض الفشل الكلوي. اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. استخدم البحث أداة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتم توزيع عدد (100) استبانة على عينة الدراسة. وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: للأخصائي الاجتماعي أدواراً يقوم بها تجاه مريض الفشل الكلوي كتقديم الدعم المعنوي والنفسي، مساعدة المريض على القيام ببعض الأعمال، وتقديم الدعم المادي. تتمثل مهارات وقدرات الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مناقشة المشكلات الأسرية، ومساعدة الأسرة لتقبل المريض، ومساعدة الأسرة في التخفيف عن المريض، وإرشاد وتثقيف الأسرة في كيفية التعامل مع المريض. من المعوقات التي تواجه الاخصائي الاجتماعي في أداء أدواره الجهل بدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي وقدراته وإمكانياته بالإضافة إلى الخلط بين مفهوم دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي والاخصائي النفسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفشل الكلوي-الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي- الممارسة المهنية- الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية.

Abstract The study dealt with the professional practice of medical social work and its role in alleviating the social and psychological problems of patients with renal failure. The aim of the research is to identify the most important social and psychological problems resulting from kidney failure disease, to determine the actual roles that the social worker exercises with patients with kidney failure, to identify the effective professional skills and abilities of the social worker in dealing with patients with kidney failure, to identify the obstacles facing the social worker in performing Its roles, developing a proposed program from the perspective of general practice in social work to alleviate the social and psychological problems resulting from kidney failure. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The research used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, and (100) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample. The research concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: The social worker has roles to play towards a patient with kidney failure, such as providing moral and psychological support, helping the patient to do some work, and providing financial support. The skills and capabilities of the social worker are represented in discussing family problems, helping the family to accept the patient, assisting the family in relieving the patient, and guiding and educating the family on how to deal with the patient. One of the obstacles facing the social worker in performing his roles is ignorance of the role of the social worker and his abilities and capabilities, in addition to the confusion between the concept of the role of the social worker and the psychologist.
