اتجاهات مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية (دارسة ميدانية للمدارس الثانوية لمحلية امبدة 2018م )

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت الدراسة موضوع اتجاهات مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بمحلية امبدة . وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بالرغم من اهميتها وأهمية الأخصائي الاجتماعي الذي يعمل في هذا المجال نجد أن بعض الجهات الإدارية والمدراء لا يتوافق اتجاهاته مع أهمية الدور الذي يقوم بها الأخصائي الاجتماعي. هدف البحث في التعرف على اتجاهات مديري المدارس نحو ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية ومعرفة دور وزارة التعليم والتعليم في التنسيق بين اتجاهات المدراء واداء عمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وذلك لوصف اتجاهات مديري المدارس تجاه الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية، كما قامت باستخدام عدة أدوات لجمع البيانات وهي الملاحظة المقننة ، المقابلة والاستبانة بالاضافة الى الكتب والمراجع ، استند البحث على تساؤل رئيسي هو ماهي اتجاهات مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية. وتوصل الباحث الى عدة نتائج منها أن اتجاهات مديري المدارس نحو الخدمة الاجتماعية اتجاهات ايجابية ، هناك حوجة ماسة لممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية في المدراس لأنها تعتبر عامل مساعد ومكمل للعملية التربوية والتعليمية . وأتضح أن التنسيق بين وزارة التربية والتعليم وبين الإدارة المدرسية ضعيفة جداً ، لا يوجد اهتمام من وزارة التربية والتعليم بعقد الدورات التدريبية واللقاءات الدورية للمدراء . وعدم توفر المعينات المادية والعينية اللازمة لعمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي وعدم وجود مكاتب مخصصة بمعظم المدراس مما يجعل عمله خالياً من الإبداع وعدم ربط الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمراكز المساعدة . توصلت الباحثة إلى عدة توصيات ومنها إهتمام الوزارة وسعيها لتطوير الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية وإنشاء وصف وظيفي للأخصائي الاجتماعي وإلزام الأخصائي الاجتماعي بخطة عمل سنوية وبالسجل التراكمي ومتابعة تطور ونمو السلوك الطلاب.

Abstract

This study examined the subject of high school principals’ trends toward school social work in Umbadah locality. The research problem is that school social work, despite its importance and that of the social practitioner who works in this field, we find that the trends of some management bodies and managers do not fall in line with the importance of the role played by the social specialist. The research is based on a major question: what are high school Headmasters’ trends toward the social work practice? The researcher utilized the descriptive analytical approach to describe high school Head masters’ trends towards school social work as well as using several tools to collect data such as observation, interviews, questionnaire, books and references. The research aimed at identifying the trends of high school principals toward the practice of school social work at high schools as well as identifying the role of the Ministry of Education in coordination between the principals’ trends and the social worker’s performance. The researcher concluded with several findings, including that the trends of high school principals towards social work are positive and the bad need for practicing social work at schools because it is an auxiliary and complimentary factor of the educational process. It was found out that coordination between the Ministry of Education and school administration is very poor; the Ministry of Education doesnot give attention to organizing training courses and periodical meetings for high school principals; lack of material and in-kind aids required for the social specialist’s work, lack of specialized offices at most schools, a matter which renders his/her work devoid of any creation. The researcher concluded with several recommendations, including the need for the Ministry’s concern with and strive to school social work, set out a job description, oblige the social specialist with an annual action plan and the accumulative record as well as follow- upon’ development of the students behavior.
