أثر النزوح في إحداث تغيرات ثقافية واجتماعية واقتصادية في معسكر الحصاحيصا بزالنجي ولاية وسط دارفور

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هذه الدراسة المعنونة بأثر النزوح في إحداث تغيرات ثقافية واجتماعية واقتصادية في معسكر الحصاحيصا بزالنجي ولاية وسط دارفور. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة ودراسة أوضاع النازحين الثقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية بمعسكر الحصاحيصا بمدينة زالنجي ولاية وسط دارفور لمعرفة مدى تأثير النزوح على قيم وعادات وتقاليد النازح والمتغيرات التي حدثت في النسيج المجتمعي وما صاحب ذلك من تغيرات اقتصادية في المهن والدخل ومستوي المعيشة، ومعرفة آثار النزوح على الثقافة والمجتمع، وما أحدثه من تغيرات بسبب التلاقح الثقافي بين مكونات معسكر الحصاحيصا. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي وأدوات الملاحظة بالمشاركة التي شارك الباحث فيها النازحين مناسباتهم المختلفة، إضافة إلى المقابلات التي أجراها الباحث مع قيادات المجتمع والمنظمات والمؤسسات الحكومية، فضلاً عن المعلومات التي تم جمعها من المصادر الثانوية مثل الكتب والدراسات السابقة والمواقع الالكترونية. تثبت الدراسة فرضية أن هناك تغيرات ثقافية في قيم وعادات وتقاليد وسلوك النازح نتيجة التلاقح الثقافي بين مكون مجتمع المعسكر. وكذلك على فرضية أن هناك تغيرات في مستوي الدخل والخدمات الاجتماعية والمهن والمستوي المعيشي. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة الصراع بين القيادات التقليدية المشائخ والعمد والشباب أدي إلى بروز العنف في إدارة الشأن العام داخل المعسكرات وأصبح النازح غير قادر على اتخاذ قراره مما أفقدهم القدرة على التفاعل مع برامج السلام. كذلك تردي الأوضاع الأمنية وضعف خدمات التعليم والصحة والمياه في المناطق الأصلية التي نزح منها الأهالي بسبب رئيسي في عدم العودة الطوعية. أوصت الدراسة بنشر ثقافة السلام، وإصلاح النسيج الاجتماعي بالمصالحات وإعلاء قيم التسامح والتعاون، ووقف النزاعات القبلية، وبسط هيبة الدولة لوقف التفلاتات الأمنية والسيطرة على السلاح وتحسين مستوي دخل الأسر النازحة من خلال برامج ذات عائد سريع، وتوفير الخدمات لقرى العودة الطوعية حتى تكون العودة ممكنة. Abstract This Titlist study by the effect of displacement in creating cultural, social, economical changes in El-Hasahesa camp in Zalenge and state of middle Darfur. The study aimed to know and study the displaced situations, cultural, social, and economical at EL-Hasahesa camp in Zalenge town at middle Darfur state to identify to the degree of affection upon displacement upon values, norms, customs of displaced people and the social change which happened in the social rubric and what has a companied that, by economical changes on occupations, income, living stander and identify to the effect of displacement upon culture and community and what have been happen due to cultural interaction between the component of EL-Hasahesa camp, it has been used the method of descriptive amply sing method, historic method, tools of observation via the participating by the researcher to the displaced people to their occasion besides to the community, organizations, governmental constitution, moreover. The information which collected from secondary sources such as, books, cultural changes in values and customs and displaced manners, as result of cultural interaction between the component of camp community. As there are change in, income level, social services, occupation and living standers and are of the most important results are the conflict between the traditional leaders and youths which resulted to vollent in camps particular in admiring the public matter in camp, the displaced become disabled person so take desiccation so he lost the ability of making peace as proper program, as bad security, healthy, educational service in their native lands which caused the reason of no voluntary return. The study recommend for peace culture and improving social fabric, stop conflict, peace, forgiveness cooptation, tribal disputes and good honor of state to stop problems and controlling weapons, improving living stander to displaced families via quick ravenous program to them and providing services to villages for voluntary return so return to be possible.
