تطوير نظام محوسب للخدمات المرورية (بالتطبيق على إدارة الترخيص- تحويل الملكية)

Abstract

المستخلص تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في عدم وجود نظام إلكتروني لتحويل الملكية، كما أن الأنظمة المرورية متباعدة وغير مترابطة مع بعضها البعض في نظام المرور، بالإضافة إلى أن الأنظمة الموجودة غير مرتبطة مع أنظمة الشرطة الأخرى ذات الصلة.. هدفت الدراسة لتطوير نظام إلكتروني لنقل وتحويل الملكية، وربط الأنظمة المرورية الداخلية مع بعضها البعض في نظام المرور، ومن ثم ربط أنظمة المرور مع الأنظمة الخارجية الأخرى. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. من أهم نتائج الدراسة تم تطوير نظام إلكتروني بإدارة المرور للقيام بالعمليات والتقارير، يمكن أن تتم عملية تحويل الملكية بصورة إلكترونية، تم ربط نظام نقل الملكية بأنظمة المرور الأخرى (ذات الصلة بهذه العملية). أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها تطوير النظام ليعمل على الهواتف الذكية للقيام بجزء من الإجراء المستخدم، ربط الأنظمة الإلكترونية المستخدمة من خلال شبكات مع الجهات ذات الصلة، مثل السجل المدني، لضمان وصول المعلومة المطلوبة بصورة سريعة، العمل على تطوير برامج لحماية الأنظمة سواء القائمة حالياً أو الجديدة من المخاطر.

The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. Among the most important results of the study, an electronic system was developed at the Traffic Department to carry out operations and reports, the process of transferring ownership can be done electronically, the transfer of ownership system has been linked to other traffic systems (related to this process). The study recommended a number of recommendations, including developing the system to work on smart phones to do part of the procedure used, linking the electronic systems used through networks with relevant authorities, such as the civil registry, to ensure that the required information arrives quickly, working on developing programs to protect the systems, whether existing ones or new risks.
