تصميم وحدة دراسية فى إدارة الجودة الشاملة (مقترحة)لطلاب الدراسات العليا بكليات التربية دراسة تطبيقية على طلاب التربية بجامعة النيلين

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية تصميم وحدة تعليمية متكاملة العناصر النظرية والعملية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة ومبادئها التى يمكن أن تطبق فى التدريب التربوى بالدراسات العليا بكليات التربية السودانية بهدف تطوير مهارات الأساتذة والطلاب الدارسين ، وتعمل على تلبية إحتياجاتهم العلمية والعملية وتراعى خصائص دور المعلم التربوى حسب التخصصات الموضوعية المختلفة . وإتبعت الباحثة فى هذا البحث المنهج الوصفى الإجرائى المتمثل فى دراسة حالة الدارسين بالدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة النيلين ، واستخدمت الباحثة أدوات الإستبانة ، والملاحظة المباشرة ، والخبرة الذاتية عند دراستها للدبلوم ، والماجستير بكلية التربية جامعة النيلين والذين إختارت منهم عينة قصدية عددها (50) دارس . وكذلك عينة قصدية عددها (15) من أعضاء هئية التدريس جامعة النيلين والخبراء التربويين . وأظهر البحث عدد من النتائج أهمها : - غياب المحتوى الموضوعى للجودة الشاملة ، ومفاهيمها ، وطرق تطبيقها بمقررات الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة النيلين مما أثر سلبآ على الدارسين فى تحسين مستوى التقييم التربوى الشامل لهم . - تدنى رضا الدارسين، وتوقعاتهم بالدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة النيلين عن كفاءة المناهج المطروحة وقلة معالجة أنشطتها لإحتياجاتهم التدريبية ، ومدى تنظيم محتوياتها ، ووضوح أهدافها للدارسين . وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تبنى كلية التربية جامعة النيلين وحدة متكاملة العناصر التعليمية والتدريبية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة فى مقرراتها الدراسية بالدبلوم العالى والماجستير تكفل رضا المستفيدن ، وتفى باحتياجاتهم الحالية والمستقبلية .

Abstract This research has aimed at highlighting the importance of evaluation of complete educational unit with full practical and theoretical components to manage the comprehensive quality and its principles . This educational unit can be applied in educational training in higher studies in Sudan Educational faculties aiming to develop teaching staffs and student's skills , satisfying their work and scientific needs and caring for the characteristics of the teacher's role based on the various objective disciplines. The researcher in this research has used procedural descriptive approach represented in the case research of post graduate's students in the faculty of education , Al - Neelain University . The research's tools are the questionnaire , direct notice and self experience when the researcher was researching the higher diploma and master degree in the Faculty of Education , Al - Neelain University. From whom the intended sample of 50 students was chosen. As well as an intentional sample of 15 members of the teaching staff at El-Neelain University and educational experts. The research had many results the most important of them were : the Absence of objective content for comprehensive quality , its concepts and its implementation in the courses of higher studies in the faculty of Education , Al- Neelain University , This affects negatively the students in improving their comprehensive educational evaluation standards . Second , the declining of the student's satisfaction and their expectations of the higher studies in the Faculty of Education , Al- Neelain University regarding the efficiency of curricular , not addressing their training needs , the organization of their contents and the clearness of their goals for students. The research has recommended the importance that the Faculty of Education , Al-Neelain University has to adopt unit of full training and educational components to manage the comprehensive quality in its courses of higher diploma and master which will guarantee the content of the beneficiaries and satisfy their future and current needs .
