دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي مع مرضي السكري في السودان )دراسة تطبيقية علي مركز جابر أبوالعزلأمراض السكري – الخرطوم2)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة خلصت مشكلة الدراسة في القاء الضو علي الدور الذي يقوم به الاخصائي الاجتماعي داخل المراكز العلاجية من خدمات توعوية وارشادية ومساعدة مرضي السكري للتغلب علي الاثار الجانبية للمرض وكيفية التعامل مع المرضى وغيره من الخدمات التي يحتاجها . حيث تكمن اهمية الدراسة في ناحيتين، علمية من واقع الاهتمام بمشكلات داء السكري في السودان والدول النامية عامة باجراء الدراسات حول المرض وانواعه واسبابه واثاره والتغلب علي المشكلات الناجمة منه، عن طريق الاخصائي الاجتماعي والدور الذي يؤديه مع المرضى ومكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية بمركز جابر. وعملية من واقع اهتمام الدراسة للمرضي المصابين بالسكري والمترددين علي المركز سوف تقوم هذه الدراسة للوقوف ميدانيا علي الدور الذي يؤديه الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع المرضى ومساعدتهم علي التغلب علي المرض وتطوره عن طريق التوعية والارشاد وتقديم البرامج والخدمات من الجهات المسؤلة عنها الخدمة الاجتماعية والداعمة لها . هدف البحث الي الكشف عن المرضى المصابين بمرض السكري بمركزجابر أبو العز لأمراض السكري وأيضا الكشف عن العلاقة بين الاخصائين الاجتماعين والأطباء. فروض الدراسة بناءا علي ما لاحظته داخل المركز: يؤدي الأخصائي الإجتماعي دوره بإيجابية مع مرضى السكري. يستخدم الاخصائي الاجتماعي أساليب التدخل المهني المختلفة مع مرضى السكري. يساهم الاخصائي الاجتماعي مع فريق العمل في تحقيق الأهداف العلاجية لمرضى السكري داخل مركز جابر أبو العز.هنالك صعوبات تقف امام الاخصائي الاجتماعي لاداء دوره بمركز جابر أبو العز لامراض السكري أن يتدخل الاخصائي الاجتماعي مع المرضى ويقدم لهم خدمات اجتماعيه. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . كما توصلت الي عدة نتائج منها ان الحالة الانفعاليه لاغلب افراد عينة الدراسة طبيعية بعد الإصابة بالسكري. اكدت الدراسة ان الكثير من افراد عينة الدراسة يترددون الي المركز شهريا للمقابله والفحص الدوري لمرض السكري ،.اغلب افراد مجتمع الدراسة يتلقون خدمات متعددة من مكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية. أوصت الدراسة بالاتي :علي الإدارة ان تقوم بارجاع المهام الواجبة علي الاخصائي الاجتماعي لة من الممرضين والاخصائين النفسيين والاتزامة بواجباتة تجاه المرضي باكمل وجهه. توفير التامين الصحي لكافة المرضي الخدمات والاحتياجات اللازمة بالمركز. نشر الحقائق العلمية عن عن طريق وسائل الاعلام وعمل مجموعات لنشر الافلام الوثائقية التي توضح مخاطر مرض السكري لتخفيف حدة المرض. Abstract The problem of the study found in shedding light on the role of the social worker within the treatment centers of awareness and guidance services and help diabetes to overcome the side effects of the disease and how to deal with patients and other services that need. Where the importance of the study in two areas, scientific interest in the problems of diabetes in Sudan and developing countries in general to conduct studies on the disease and its types and causes and effects and overcome the problems resulting from it, through the social worker and the role played with patients and the Social Service Bureau Jaber Center. The study will focus on the role played by the social worker with the patients and help them to overcome the disease and its development through awareness and guidance and provide programs and services from those responsible for social service and support them. The goal of the research was to identify patients with diabetes within the center. To reveal the relationship between the social workers and the doctors. Study hypotheses Based on what I noticed within the center: The social worker plays a positive role with diabetics. The social worker uses various occupational interventions with diabetics. The social worker participates with the team in achieving the therapeutic goals of diabetics within Jaber Abu El-Ezz Center. There are difficulties facing the social worker to perform his role in Gaber Center. The social worker intervenes with the patients and provides them with social services. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. Study results: The study confirmed that the emotional state for most of the study sample is normal after diabetes. The study confirmed that many members of the study sample visit the center monthly for interview and periodic examination of diabetes. Most of the study community members receive multiple services from the social service office. The study recommended that the administration should return the due tasks of the social worker to the nurses and psychologists and adhere to its obligations towards patients in the whole face. Providing health insurance for all patients. Disseminating scientific facts about the media and working groups to publish documentaries that illustrate the risks of diabetes to alleviate the disease.
