أثر إنتاج البترول على الاقتصاد السوداني في الفترة من 1997م – 2008م

Abstract

ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث دخول البترول كمورد أضافي جديد في الاقتصاد السوداني ويبين أن إنتاج البترول في السودان كنشاط اقتصادي حديث يعتبر عامل فاعل في تحريك الاقتصاد وتوسيع قاعدته لذلك فهو يتطلب المزيد من الاهتمام والدراسة، أيضاً تناول أثر إنتاج البترول على مؤشرات الاقتصاد في السودان كالاستقرار الاقتصادي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي وميزان المدفوعات وسعر الصرف وغيرها. كما أنه اعتمد على المصادر الثانوية بالإضافة إلى التحليل الوصفي الإحصائي للبيانات والمعلومات التي جمعت عن نشاطات إنتاج واستهلاك البترول السوداني كما انه احتوى على ثلاثة فرضيات تؤكد هذا المضمون أهمها أن إنتاج البترول أدى إلى زيادة فرص العمل في مختلف القطاعات خاصةً قطاع البترول. ويتكون من أربعة فصول الفصل الأول يتحدث عن نشأة وتطور البترول والثاني يتحدث عن اكتشاف البترول في السودان والثالث أثر البترول على المؤشرات الاقتصادية في السودان والرابع تنمية مناطق البترول والرؤى المستقبلية للبترول السوداني. كما توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن البترول يعتبر محرك مهم للقطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة كالقطاع الزراعي والصناعي والخدمي. This research tackles the introduction of oil as an additional, new resource into the Sudanese economy and reveals oil production in Sudan as a recent economical activity which launches economy and expands its basis, so it requires greater care and more studies.

This research, ask tackles the effect of oil production on the indicators of the Sudanese economy such as, economical stability. The total local product, the balance of payment, and the exchange rate…etc.

The research depend on secondary resources in addition to the descriptive statistical analysis for data and information, that incorporate the production and consumption activities of the Sudanese oil. The research holds three hypotheses that confirm this concept such as oil production that leads to increasing job opportunities in different sectors particularly the oil sector. The study consists of four chapters, the first one is on the emergence and development of oil. The second one is on the discovery of oil in Sudan. Chapter three deals with the impact of oil on the economical indicators where as the fourth chapter tackles the development in the productive areas and the future insights for the Sudanese oil.

The research concludes several results of which is important, is the that it is a dynamic for the various economical sectors Sudan as the agricultural, industrial and the sector of services.
