ﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻭﻀﻭﻉ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺨﺩﻤﺔ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﺤـل ﺍﻟﻤـﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻴﺔ ﻟﻨﺯﻻﺀ ﺍﻟﺴﺠﻭﻥ، ﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻴﺩﺍﻨﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻨﺯﻻﺀ ﺴﺠﻥ ﺍﻤﺩﺭﻤﺎﻥ ﺭﺠﺎل، ﺤﻴﺙ ﻨﺎﻗﺸﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﺎﻫﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﻘﻭﻡ ﺒﻪ ﺍﻷﺨﺼﺎﺌﻲ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺘﻘﺩﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﻋﺩﺍﺕ ﻟﻨﺯﻻﺀ ﺍﻟﺴﺠﻥ. ﻫﺩﻓﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻷﺨﺼﺎﺌﻲ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺤل ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻨﺯﻻﺀ، ﻭﻜـﺫﻟﻙ ﺍﻟﺘﻌـﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﺤﺘﻴﺎﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻀﺭﻭﺭﻴﺔ ﻟﻬﻡ. ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﻭﺼـﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻠـﻲ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻟﻭﺼﻑ ﻭﺘﺤﻠﻴل ﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺩﺍﻨﻴﺔ. ﻭﻗﺩ ﺨﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺒﻌﺩﺓ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﻤﻨﻬﺎ: ﻫﻨﺎﻟﻙ ﺠﻬﻭﺩ ﻴﺒﺫﻟﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺨﺼﺎﺌﻲ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺒﺸﻜل ﻤﺒﺎﺸﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻜﺜﻴﺭ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﻜل ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻭﺍﺠﻪ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﻴل ﻤﻊ ﺯﻤﻼﺌﻬﻡ ﻭﺃﺴﺭﻫﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺒﻌـﺩ ﺍﻹﻓـﺭﺍﺝ. ﻴﻘـﻭﻡ ﺍﻷﺨـﺼﺎﺌﻲ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺒﺘﻘﺩﻴﻡ ﺇﺭﺸﺎﺩ ﻭﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺒﻌﺽ ﺍﻟﺤﺭﻑ، ﺃﻤﺎ ﻓـﻲ ﻤﺠـﺎل ﺍﻟﺨـﺩﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﻭﻴﻘﻭﻡ ﺍﻷﺨﺼﺎﺌﻲ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺒﺩﻭﺭﻩ ﻭﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﻏﻴﺭ ﻤﺘﻭﻓﺭﺓ ﺒﺎﻟﻘـﺩﺭ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﻓﻲ ﺩﺍﺨل ﺍﻟﻤﺅﺴﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺒﻴﺔ. ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻀﻭﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺨﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺒﻌـﺩﺓ ﺘﻭﺼـﻴﺎﺕ ﺃﻫﻤﻬﺎ: ﺘﻔﻌﻴل ﺩﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺨﺩﻤﺔ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺩﺍﺨل ﺍﻟﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺒﻴﺔ ﻟﺤل ﻤﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺃﺴﺭ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﻻﺀ. ﻜﺫﻟﻙ ﺤل ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻭﺍﺠﻪ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﻴل ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻴﺔ، ﻭﻜـﺫﻟﻙ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﻻﺀ، ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺯﻻﺀ ﻭﺯﻭﺠﺎﺘﻬﻡ، ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺍﻹﻓﺭﺍﺝ.

ﺩ Abstract

The study dealt with the issue of the role of social service in solving the social and economic problems of prison inmates, a field study on the inmates of Omdurman prison men, where the study discussed the problem of the study what is the role that the social worker plays in providing aid to prison inmates. The study aimed to identify the role of the social worker in solving the social and economic problems of inmates, as well as to identify the necessary needs for them. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach to describe the analysis of the field study data. The research came out with several results, including: There are efforts exerted by the social worker directly in many of the problems that inmates face with their colleagues, their families and society after release. The social worker provides guidance and training on beneficial works. As for the health and psychological services, the social worker performs his role, but these are not available within the penal institution. In light of the results, the research came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are: Activating the role of social service within penal institutions to solve the problems of inmates' families. It also solves the social and economic problems facing the inmate, as well as the relationships between inmates, inmates and their wives, and society after release.
