قوة الأنا وعلاقتها بإتخاذ القرار لدى المرشدين النفسين بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث للتعرف علي قوة الأنا وعلاقتها بإتخاذ القرار لدى المرشدين النفسيين بولاية الخرطوم، ولتحقيق ذلك إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي من خلال تطبيق مقياس قوة الانا أو اتخاذ القرار كأدوات لجمع المعلومات على عينة بلغ حجمها (100)من المرشدين النفسين بمراكز الإرشاد بولاية الخرطوم ، تم إختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، تمت معالجتها بإستخدام المعادلات الإحصائية المتمثلة في إختبار (ت) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد ، اختبار (ت) لمجموعتين مستقلتين ، معامل إرتباط بيرسون وتحليل التباين الآحادي نوفا ، التابعة للحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وقد خلص البحث إلى النتائج التالية : تتسم قوة الأنا لدى المرشدي النفسيين بالارتفاع، يتسم اتخاذ القرار للمرشدين النفسين بالارتفاع، توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين قوة الأنا واتخاذ القرار للمرشدين النفسين، توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث في قوة الأنا لصالح الذكور، لا توجد فروق في قوة الأنا لدى المرشدين النفسيين تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي . على ضوء نتائج البحث وضع الباحث عدد من التوصيات أهمها تدعيم قوة الأنا وتأهيل المرشد النفسي وتنمية قدراته الشخصية لا تخاذ قراره بنفسه. الباحث

Abstract

The research aims to discover the power of the self and its relation to decision making with psychologists counsellors in state of Khartoum , to achieve that researcher follow the descriptive correlative approach through applying the selfpower and making decision scales as tools for data collection from a sample consist of( 100) of psychologists counsellors in counseling centers in Khartoum state,purposive sample method was used to to chose them, for data analysis the reasercher used the Statistical packaged for social sciences(SPSS) , T- test for one sample and T- test for two independent samples,(ANOVA) and pearson correlation coefficient, The study reached the following results: The power of self for the psychologist counselor is high The decision- making of psychologists counsellors is High, there is a correlative relation between the self power and the decision – making in the psychologist counsellors there are differences in self power between males and females attributed to males , there are no differences in the strength of the ego among psychologist counsellor due to the variation of education level There searcher recommended to enhance “self” for the psychologist counsellors and qualify him to build his character and to be able to make decisions
