دور مشروعات البنية التحتية في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت هذه الدراسة دور مشروعات البنية التحتية في التنمية الاقتصادية. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في معرفة أثر مشروعات البنية التحتية على التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان ، وتبين أن هنالك أثر إيجابي لكنه محدود وذلك نتيجة لوجود عقبات ومشاكل تعترض هذه المشروعات في أداء دورها وأن معرفة هذا الأثر يتطلب الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية : 1/ ما هو أثر مشروعات البنية التحتية على التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان؟ 2/ ما هي طبيعة المشاكل ؟ 3/ ما هي الرؤية المستقبلية (الحلول)؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمت صياغة الفروض الآتية : 1/ مشروعات البنية التحتية في السودان لم تجد الاهتمام المتعاظم لدروها. 2/ مشاكل البنية التحتية في السودان هي مشاكل ذات طبيعة مزدوجة (فنية وإدارية). 3/ عدم توافر التمويل أثر سلباً على أداء مشروعات البنية التحتية استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي التحليلي . وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي : 1- مساهمة قطاع البنيات التحتية في الناتج القومي الإجمالي بصورة متصاعدة ويمكن أن نعتمد ذلك كمؤشر إيجابي للاهتمام بمشروعات البنية التحتية. 2- تشوه هيكل البنيات التحتية في السودان نتيجة للاختلالات والمشاكل الكبيرة التي تواجه هذا القطاع. ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : 1- إزالة كافة المعوقات التي من شأنها أن تقعد بمشروعات البنية التحتية عن أدائها لدورها التنموي في السودان. This study deals with the role of infrastructure projects in economic development.

This research problem is represented in knowledge impact of infrastructure projects on economic development in Sudan and we find that there is appositive but limited effects because there are obesities and problems facing the performance of these projects, to clearly we should answer the following questions:

1- What us the impact of infrastructure projects on economic development in the Sudan?

2- What is nature of problems?

3- What is the future vision?

To achieve goals of study we formulate the following hypothesis:

1- The project of infrastructure in the Sudan did not find consideration relevant to its role.

2- Lack of finance affects negatively on the performance of infrastructure projects.

The study descriptive, statistical and analytical methods

The most important results:

1- The contribution of infrastructure sector in gross national products in increased gradually, and we take this as positive indicator to pay more consideration for the projects of infrastructure

2- The structure of infrastructure is distorted as a result of imbalances and problems face this sector.

The most important recommendation reach by the study are:-

1- Removing all obstacles which prevent infrastructure from performing its rote the development in Sudan.

2- Work to find future vision to help state in unifying efforts to develop the project of infrastructure because this only way to improve and sustain economic development in the Sudan.
