أثر نظام الحكم في إحداث التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية في السودان ((نظام الحكم في الفترة من 1989-2018م - دراسة حالة جزيرة توتي- ولاية الخرطوم))

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر نظام الحكم في إحداث التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية في السودان في الفترة من 1989-2018م، استخدمت الدراسة التحليلي ودراسة الحالة، ومن أهداف الدراسة :التعرف على الدور الاجتماعي الذي قام به نظام الحكم في المجتمع السوداني في الفترة من( 1989-2018م) وذلك من خلال التعرف على التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية التي طرأت على المجتمع السوداني وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في البحث عما هي السياسات الاجتماعية والثقافية التي إتبعها نظام الحكم في الفترة من 1989-2018م ؟ وكيف أثرت السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي وضعها نظام الحكم في الفترة من 1989-2018م، واعتمدت الدراسة علىعينة عشوائية بسيطة في جزيرة توتي بولاية الخرطوم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: التغيرات الاقتصادية التي صاحبت نظام الحكم في الفترة من 1989-2018م، كان لها دورا كبيراً في انتشار الآثار الاجتماعية والثقافية داخل المجتمع ،ساعد نظام حكم الإنقاذ الوطني على تغيير القيم السائدة في المجتمع السوداني نتيجة لتغير العلاقات في شكل الأسر السودانية ،ساعدت سياسة نظام حكم الإنقاذ الوطني بتزايد عدد الهجرات الداخلية والخارجية لأفراد في المجتمع السوداني، مما قاد ذلك لإحداث تغيير في التركيبة الاجتماعية والثقافية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلىأهم التوصيات وهي:الاهتمام بالتوزيع العادل للموارد الاقتصادية، والإلمام الجيد بعادات وتقاليد المجتمع ، ليتم استخدامها إيجابيا في رتق النسيج الاجتماعي ، وتوعية المجتمعات بأهمية الدور الذي تقوم به أنظمة الحكم.

Abstract The study aimed to identify the social and cultural variables of the ruling systems in Sudan in the period from 1989-2018 AD, so the study used the historical and analytical method and case study, and among the objectives of the study: To identify the social role that the ruling systems played in the Sudanese society during the period from (1989-2018), by identifying the social, cultural and economic changes that occurred in the Sudanese. The problem of the study was to search for what are the social, cultural and economic policies that the ruling system followed from 1989-2018? And how the economic and social policies set by the government have affected the period from 1989-2018 AD, and the study relied on a simple random sample in Totti Island, Khartoum State. The study found a number of results, the most important of which are: The economic changes that accompanied the system of government in the period from 1989-2018 AD, had a major role in spreading negative effects within society, the national salvation regime helped to change the prevailing values ​​in Sudanese society as a result of changing relations in the form of families. The Sudanese policy of the national salvation regime helped increase the number of internal and external migrations of individuals in the Sudanese society, which led to a change in the social and cultural structure, and the study reached the most important recommendations: concern for the equitable distribution of economic resources, a good familiarity with the customs and traditions of society, so that they can be used positively.
