العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية وأثرها على المرض (دراسة حالة: مرضى السرطان بمستشفى الذرة)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة:

تناولت الدراسة موضوع العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية وأثرها على المرض بالتطبيق على مرضى السرطان في المركز القومي للعلاج بالأشعة والطب النوى (مستشفى الذرة) بولاية الخرطوم، هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية في الإصابة بالمرض السرطان وإيجابيات هذه العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية في الوقاية من الأمراض، والكشف عن دور الثقافة الصحية في الاصابة بالأمراض المزمنة، ولأي مدى تؤثر الظروف الاقتصادية في الحالة الصحية من حيث الوقاية أو العلاج بعد الاصابة، والتعرف على أبعاد الاجتماعية المرتبطة بإكتساب ثقافة السلوك الصحي والذي قد يقود إلى الاصابة أو الوقاية من مرض السرطان.

إعتمد الباحث في منهجية على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بهدف الوصف والتحليل الدقيق للبيانات والمعلومات التي توصل إليها الباحث ليتم تقسيمها وتحليلها بطريقة موضوعية وبما ينسجم مع الواقع المدروس، إستخدم الباحث مجموعة من الأوات لجمع البيانات منها الملاحظة والمقابلة غير المقننة وأخيراً الاستبانة للإستفادة منها في تحليل العمل الميداني عن طري إستخدام المناسب الاحصائية للوصول إلى تحليل علمي للبيانات والمعلومات التي تحصل عليها من خلال الاستبانة والملاحظة والمقابلة غير المقننة وبذلك بإدخالها في جداول بيانية بواسطة التحليل "SPSS".

خلصت البحث إلى عددة نتائج منها أن العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية تلعب دوراً في المرض فالعوامل الاجتماعية متمثلة في الأسرة والعوامل الديموغرافية والبيئة الاجتماعية، أما العوامل الثقافية الصحية بالإضافة التقاليد والدين والسلوك الصحي والثقافة الصحية، بالاضافة إلى ان العوالم الاقتصادية دور في المرض، بالإضافة إلى التوازن الغذائي وثقافة الغذاء دور في الاصابة بمرض السرطان أو الوقاية منه.

أما أهم التوصيات:

1. الاهتمام بدراسة الحالات المرضية وفقاً لمرجعيتها الثقافية والاجتماعية كما لما هو في تأثره على المرض.

2. السعي في نشر التوعية والتثقيف الصحي وتكثيف البرامج الارشادية في وسائل الاعلام بطريقة يستوعبها جميع الفئات المجتمعية العمرية والثقافية.

3. توفير المراكز العلاجية الخاصة بعلاج مرض السرطان والدواء مجاناً، مع الاهتمام بدراسة الثقافة المحلية بكل مكوناتها ومحتوياتها للتعرق على ايجابيات وسلبيات وعلاقة ذلك في تهديد الصحة العامة.

Abstract

The study covered the issue of social and cultural factors and their impact on disease application to cancer patients at the National Center for radiotherapy and medicine cores (National Center for radiotherapy and nuclear medicine) in Khartoum state, study aimed to identify the role of social and cultural factors in the incidence of the disease cancer and cons of this social and cultural factors in disease prevention, and detection about the role of health education in the incidence of chronic diseases, and to what extent affect economic conditions in the state of health in terms of prevention or treatment after infection, and to identify the social dimensions associated with the acquisition of a culture of healthy behavior, which could lead to injury or prevention of cancer.

Researcher adopted the methodology of the analytical descriptive approach with the aim description and careful analysis of data and information reached by the investigator to be broken down and analyzed in an objective manner and in line with the reality studied, researcher used a set of tools for data collection, including observation and the interview is inhalers and finally questionnaire for use in field work on the analysis of mushy appropriate to use to gain access to statistical data and information obtained through the questionnaire and observation, interview unregulated scientific analysis and thus entered into the charts by analysis "SPSS".

Concluded research to several conclusions, including that social and cultural factors play a role in disease and social factors represented in family demographics and social environment, and cultural factors and health as well as tradition, religion and health behavior and health education, in addition to the economic worlds role in the disease, in addition to the nutritional balance and Culture the role of food in cancer or prevent it.

The most important recommendations:

1. Interest in the study pathological cases, according to the cultural and social terms of reference as to what is affected in the disease.

2. Seek to raise awareness in the health, education and extension programs to intensify in the media community in a manner understandable to all age groups and cultural.

3. Provide for the treatment of cancer and drug free treatment centers, with interest in the study of the local culture with all its components and contents of sweating on the pros and cons in relation to the threat to public health.
