dc.description.abstractAbstract The research aims to find out the general characteristic of the psychological adjustment in students of high secondary schools in locality of Jabal Awlya , also aimed to find out the relationship between psychological adjustment and academic achievement, also aimed to know the differences in the psychological adjustment, which is attributable to the variables of type, specialty, age, and the sample was intentional sample of students from the third class of high secondary schools in the locality of Jabal Awlya with a volume of (150 ) students, researcher used the descriptive approach, and the most important results : 1. the general characteristic of the psychological adjustment in the students of high secondary schools characterized rise . 2. there is a correlation between psychological adjustment and academic achievement . 3. and there are differences between males and females in the psychological adjustment . 4. there are no differences in the psychological adjustment due to the variables of age, specialty, finally researcher has introduced some of the recommendations and suggestions on the subject of the search.en_US
