أثـــر تلوث الموارد المائية على التنمية الإقتصادية بولاية الخرطوم خـلال الفترة من (2001- 2020م)

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر تلوث الموارد المائية على التنمية الاقتصادية بولاية الخرطوم، دراسة الآثار السالبة لتلوث المياه ومعرفة تأثيرها على الموارد الطبيعية. تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في إلقاء الضوء على الآثار الإقتصادية الناجمة عن التلوث البيئى، ووضع المعالجات الناجعة والحلول لمشكلة تلوث المياه في السودان. وتلخصت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: هل يؤثر التلوث البيئي على الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان؟، وافترضت الدراسة عدد من الفرضيات من أهمها: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين تلوث المياه والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية والتنمية الاقتصادية في السودان. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإستخدام الأمثل للموارد البيئية والسياسات الحكومية في السودان.وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (450) مفردة من وزارة البيئة وبعض الاحياء السكنية في ولاية الخرطوم ، وركزت الدراسة بصورة اساسية على الاستبانة، وتم توزيع عدد (200) استبانة. ومن خلال التحليل الاحصائي تم التوصل الى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أثبتت الدراسة أن تلوث مصادر المياه يساهم بدرجة كبيرة على الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية مما كان له الأثر المباشر على التنمية الاقتصادية. وتبين من خلال الدراسة أن هنالك عدم إستخدام جيد للموارد البيئية مما ساهم في إضعاف هذه الموارد وجعلها غير مفيدة في عمليات التنمية الاقتصادية. لاتساعد السياسات الحكومية الراهنة في الالتزام بحماية البيئة وصيانة الموارد وتقليل معدلات التلوث. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع عدد من التوصيات من أهمها:أهمية الربط بين التنمية المستدامة والبيئة بجميع مكوناتها الطبيعية. وربط جهود حماية البيئة بإحتياجات التنمية وإختيار أنسب الوسائل وطرق التنفيذ بشكل يحافظ على البيئة. ضرورة النظر في كيفية تركيز الجهود في الطريقة المثلى لحماية البيئة على الصعيد الوطني وحث المنظمات والهيئات الرسمية وغير الرسمية المحلية والاقليمية لتوجيه جهودها وإهتمامها نحو حماية البيئة والمحافظة على التوازن البيئي.(ترجمة جديدة) [ Abstract

This study dealt with the impact of environmental pollution on the optimal use of resources in economic development in Sudan. the significant of the study being on the economic effects of environmental pollution. studying the negative effects of water pollution and put effective solutions for the problem of water pollution in Sudan. The problem of the study was concluded in the main question: Does environmental pollution affect the optimal use of resources in economic development in Sudan. The study aimed to know the impact of environmental pollution on the optimal use of resources in economic development in Sudan. Get benefit from knowing the determining relationship between environment and economic development in drawing a good policies of optimal using of .resources. the study hypotheses that there is a significant relationship between water pollution and the optimal use of resources in economic development in Sudan. There is a significant relationship between environmental resources and governmental politics in Sudan. The sample consisted of (450) individuals from the ministry of environment and natural resources, and some residential neighborhoods in Khartoum state. And focused mainly on the questionnaire, a number of (200) questionnaires were distributed Through the statistical analysis a number of results were reached, the most important of which are:The study proved that pollution of water resources contributes greatly to the optimal use of natural resources, which had a direct impact on economic development. It was found through the study that is a lack of good use of environmental resources, which contributed to the weakening of these resources and made them useless in the process of economic development. The current government policies don’t help in commitment to protect the environment, conserve resources and reduce pollution rated. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations were put most important are: the significance of linking sustainable development and the environment with all its natural component. And linking environmental protection efforts to developments needs and choosing the most appropriate means and methods of implementation in a way that preserves the environment. It is necessary to consider how to focus efforts in the best way to protect the environment.At national level and to urge official and non-official local and regional organizations and bodies to direct their efforts and attention towards protecting the environment and maintaining ecological balance.
