البطالة وسط خريجي الجامعات السودانية الأسباب وتصورات مقترحة للمعالجة )دراسة حالة: الخرجين في الفترة 2014 2010

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث البطالة وسط الخريجين أسبابها وتقديم النموذج المقترح لمعالجتها بدراسة تحليلية لواقع الخريجين بولاية الخرطوم. وهدف البحث للتعرف على البطالة وكشف أسباب بطالة الخريجين وسط الجامعات بولاية الخرطوم، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في طرح عدة تساؤلات لمعرفة أسباب البطالة وسط الخريجين منها ما واقع حجم البطالة بصفة عامة وبطالة الخريجين بصفة خاصة في السودان؟ ما مدي ملائمة سوق العمل في استيعاب الخريجين بولاية الخرطوم؟ ما مدي توافق التخصصات العلمية في الجامعات والمعاهد العليا مع احتياجات سوق العمل؟ ما معوقات استيعاب الخريجين في سوق العمل؟ ما الآثار المترتبة علي بطالة الخريجين في ولاية الخرطوم على مجتمع البحث؟ ما التصور المقتر الممكن لمعالجة مشكلة البطالة وسط الخريجين؟ استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والمنهج الاستقرائي، كما اعتمدت الباحثة على حلقات النقاش وسط الخريجين، توصلت البحث إلى توصيات عديدة أهمها ليس هنالك ملائمة لسوق العمل في استيعاب حجم الخريجين من واقع تزايد أعداد الخريجين كل عام، كذلك إن سوق العمل لا يوفر فرص عمل كافية سنوياً ليتنافس عليها الخريجين مما يزيد بطالة الخريجين كل سنة، وأيضاً لا يوجد توافق بين التخصصات العلمية في الجامعات والمعاهد العليا مع سوق العمل بالسودان, وان الاستيعاب في الوظائف يمكن أن يتم في حالة توفر، العلاقات الشخصية والمعارف حتى وان لم يتفق التخصص مع نوع الوظيفة المحددة، وإن معوقات استيعاب الخريجين في سوق العمل تتمثل في أداء الخدمة الوطنية, العلاقات الشخصية، المعارف. توصل الباحث إلي عدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة أن تضع الدولة سياسة إستراتيجية تعليمية تتواكب مع سوق العمل، ضرورة أن تتوافق مخرجات التعليم مع أسواق العمل وإتاحة فرص التدريب حسب التخصصات، يجب أن يكون الاستيعاب في سوق العمل عن طريقة الكفاءة العلمية والتخصصية للخريجين، ثم وضعت الباحثة نموذج مقترح لمعالجة البطالة بمشاركة جهات رسمية وطوعية.
