بناء نظام مكتبه الكترونيه بالتطبيق على مكتبة جامعة القران الكريم والعلوم الإسلاميه

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هذا البحث لنظام إدارة مكتبه والذي يقوم بحل المشاكل التى تواجه النظام الحالي والتي تتمثل في ان االنظام الحالي نظام يدوي يهدر الكثير من الوقت والجهد وصعوبة إستخراج التقارير. تاتي أهمية هذا البحث في رفع وزيادة الإداره الخدميه وكذلك في توفير امكانيات افضل من حيث السرعه والدقه والجهد والحصول على التقارير المطلوبه وايضا امكانية تبادل المعلومات بين المكتبه ومستخدميها بطريقه سهله وميسره ، والمساعده في عملية إتخاذ القرار وعمل قواعد بيانات لحفظ المعلومات. حيث تم إستخدام منهج تحليل وتصميم النظم UML وبناء قاعدة بيانات باستخدام MYSQL ثم إستخدام برنامج XAMP لتصميم الصفحات . أهم نتائج هذا البحث تحليل وتصميم نظام مكتبة جامعة القران الكريم واتاحته على إحدى منصات السحابه واستخراج تقارير تمد الاداره العليا بالمعلومات الصحيحه التى تساعدها في اتخاذ القرار. توصي الدراسه بالعمل على الجزئيه المتعلقه بأمن النظام لما يترتب عليه من إختراقات قد يتعرض لها في السحابه كمل توصي بضرورة تعميم النظام على جميع كليات الجامعه.

Abstract This research is for his libarary management system, which solves the problems facing the current system, which is that the current system is a manual system that wastes a lot of time and effort and the difficulty of extracting reports. The importance of this research comes in raising and increasing the service administration, as well as in providing better capabilities in terms of speed, accuracy, effort, obtaining the required reports, as well as the possibility of exchanging information between the library and its users in an easy and accessible way, and assisting in the decision-making process and the creation of databases to save information. Where the UML system analysis and design approach was used, a database was built using MYSQL, then XAMP was used to design the pages. The most important results of this research are analysis and design of the Quran University library system And made it available on one of the cloud platforms and extracted reports that provide senior management with the correct information that helps them in making a decision. The study recommends working on the part related to the security of the system because of the penetrations that it may encounter in the cloud. It also recommends the need to generalize the system to all university faculties.
