Abstract

Abstract: In light of the sophistication of the world these days and the large number of electronic resources with multiple sources of information’s and the rapid increase in their quantity it was necessary to establish a system to save the ancient sources and to maintain the integrity and ease of information retrieval and data of their own, and the trend towards participation and sharing of resources. Due to the importance of this topic we have deal with the concept of the electronic archive, its goals, jobs and types. After studying the problem of the research, which is the delay in completion of work and the loss of documents because of the manual system designed a computerized system to work on data entry of the data in a database and then copied to facilitate electronic archive up to him when you search for any information. The study objectives to achieve its objectives through inter reviewed the results of the most important data and ease of processing and retrieval of the computerized system through the addition to improve its performance and improve accuracy, and concluded that the most important set of recommendations for the need to apply the electronic system and training it. فهرس
